The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.

Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere in the restaurant, greeting guests and assisting with seating or other requests.

4. Financial Management:

Monitor financial performance indicators, such as sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Control costs by managing inventory levels, portion sizes, and waste, and optimizing staffing levels to maximize efficiency.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, P&L statements, and forecasts, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
