Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;

Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;

Prepare service agreement and contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;

Travel to china for business meeting, contract signing or resolve dispute if necessary;

Process China work visa or work pass for the applicant, including application for permit of stay and also update their address in the China's police station;

Create a corporate media image and conduct advertising on various online platforms

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc;

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;

Develop and train staffs into valuable sales and marketing personnel;

Other job assigned.

Requirements and skills:

-Minimum qualification bachelor's degree, prefer major in business management or marketing;

-Proven working experience as a manager level in sales and marketing, business development or managing related;

-Minimum requirement for the position is have experience in an employment agency/domestic helper agency.

-Experience in customer support is a plus;

-Proficiency in MS Office , eg. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;

-Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

-Proficiency in Speak, Read and Write for Mandarin Chinese, because employee are required to travel to China for document preparation, explanation, signing and also process China work visa and work pass with the Government there in China;

-Knowledge of process china visa/work pass, and deal with relevant authorities in China;

-Communication and negotiation skills;

-Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;

-Excellent organizational skills;

-Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Time management and planning skills;

-Prefer someone able to drive in China.

-Prefer someone familar with social media advertising/Vlog/video shooting.

We are looking for entrepreneurial people with a passion for people engagement and helping others with their problems. You will be expected to be performing this role on a full-time basis. The role reports to the Country Sales Manager.

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics industry to achieve revenue targets.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and excellent service.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities to proactively identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Solution Presentation: Present and explain our logistics solutions to potential clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your professional network and represent the company.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to the management team.
