What you will be doing

• To Lead and supervise a team of technicians, facilities attendants, and lifeguards to be efficient and effective in maintaining the Club’s facilities, building and equipment through routine checks and strategising for preventive maintenance;

Job Purpose

• Responsible for the on-site maintenance and operations of the bus/taxi shelters and its related inventories, include coordinating all related works or projects with internal and external parties/contractors, for the business activities of Stellar Ace Outdoor.
• This role is for day shift as default. However, depending on business situation, there will be at time to switch around to night shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• The duties and responsibilities of an site supervisor are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance daily activities, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance, and upkeeping of Outdoor advertisement equipment to deliver high systems availability and reliability.
• Plan and schedule routine and adhoc maintenance and cleaning activities with internal and external parties – include contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Supervise, check and monitor progress and quality of maintenance and cleaning activities with contracted suppliers.
• Conduct audit and check on cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Response to feedbacks (include Public or Authority feedbacks) related to maintenance and cleaning of bus/taxi shelters and coordinate with relevant contractors/suppliers for response and rectification.
• Coordinate related activities related to advertising activities for the advertising panels/boards/mediums related to taxi/bus shelters, overhead bridges, passage linkway, etc.
• Conduct engineering analysis and investigation of faults in all structural/Civil/M&E and their related systems.
• Provide technical advice to the maintenance and operations of outdoor advertisement equipment.
• Lead in the recovery and rectification of systems faults.
• Undertake projects in equipment modification/retro-fit, condition monitoring and procedure improvement
• Undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work.
• Responsible for reviewing, implementing, and updating of working instructions and safety procedures related to equipment and its electrical system.
• Manage projects and works related to bus/taxi shelters and related activities.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to authorities and internal management.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Dip in Civil Engineering or Building and Estate Management.
• 3 years relevant experiences in supervision of functional maintenance, painting and traffic control works.
• BCA Cert in General Maintenance and Cleaning or in any other relevant field
• Must possess a valid driving license, preferably a Class 3. 2A and 2B Driving license may be considered.
• Must be comfortable to drive to different sites and preferably have own means of transport (e.g., car, motorbike)

• Confident to manage contractors.

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately identify market and consumer needs, independently create comprehensive brand and campaign strategies.

2. Develop and execute brand communication strategies and daily marketing projects, including integrated marketing plans for brand exposure and business growth.

3. Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies and campaigns, maintaining and improving existing projects.

4. Utilise data-driven marketing strategies, track and analyse campaign data, and optimise both online and offline plans. Prepare post-campaign reports.

5. Coordinate internal teams to implement project strategies, ensuring content quality and effective outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating professional-level PowerPoint presentations.

3. Ability to think systematically about brand marketing, with strong event planning and marketing communication skills, and project management capabilities.

4. Excellent creative thinking and independent proposal skills.

5. Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills, with a proactive and resilient attitude.

Responsibilities

1. To provide full spectrum of corporate secretarial services to clients including but not limited to incorporation of new companies, on-going corporate secretarial matters, resolutions drafting, preparation of AGM, EGM, Annual Return and XBRL reports, striking-off of companies, etc

2. Update and maintain statutory registers and records in accordance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant laws and regulations

3. To perform transactions and filing with ACRA

4. To conduct KYC and due diligence during the onboarding of new clients and on-going monitoring

5. To assist in meeting with clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements and business solutions

6. Other ad-hoc duties

Requirement

1. Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practice and Companies Act

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field

3. CA / ACCA / CSIS / ICSA qualifications are highly preferred

4. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

5. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with business counterparts will be beneficial

Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

-Verify and endorse all incoming products materials

-Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.

-Produce high quality plated both design and taste-wise

-Assist in preparation, washing, peeling, chopping, cutting all food ingredients.

-Cleaning the food preparation equipment and other kitchen tools, housekeeping.

-Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

-Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

-Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation

-Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimize waste

-Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers

-Ready to work any shift.
-Willing to work on weekends and public holiday

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, promote, and manage content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WeChat Official Account, Little Red Book, ...) .

2. Collaborate with account managers to plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.

3. Regularly organise and update information databases, summarise operational data, and report on performance.

4. Handle daily operational tasks, including message broadcasting, responding to queries, and managing backend settings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with experience in social media operations. Proficiency in Chinese and English will be beneficial.

2. Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and creative planning abilities.

3. Competent in data consolidation and analysis.

4. Passionate about the internet industry, meticulous in work, and quick to learn and adapt to new trends.
