• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Prepare drinks by following the prescibed recipe and preparation techniques
• Ensure knowledge of menu and products
• Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments
• Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu item
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, servicing utensils and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol
• Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea investory levels, reporting discreapancies , restocking supplies, handing stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to management
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to outlet operations

Requrements :

• Responsible, highly motivated and proacticve individual with regular and puntual attendance
• Prior working experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not mandatory but added advantage. Training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced enviroment and handle multiple task simulaneously
• Basic math skills for processing payment and handling cash transactions
• Able to work and collaborate as a team to achieve outlet targets and to ensure smooth operational process
• Flexibility to work varies shifts, work evening, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• Able to travel and assists other outlet if in need of manpower

Job Responsibilities:

• AP function - Review incoming invoices and process payments.
• AR function - Supervise invoice issuances and ensure timely payment from the customers.
• HR function - Basic payroll and expenses payments.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with reports and quarterly GST submission.
• Ensure accuracy & completeness in financial records.
• Supervise administrative & clerical duties.
• Work with our external auditor and company secretary.
• Any other ad-hoc work matters assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience.
• Good analytical skills and meticulous.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
• Proficient in Accounting software ABSS is a plus.
• Experience in working with dual currencies bookkeeping is another plus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Export operations runs smoothly, and SOP compliant.
• Manage and co-ordinate the entire shipment process for customers.
• Implement and establish new processes for export / import operations.
• Review export / import operational procedures for continuous improvement, to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare KPI reports for customers & attend to Operation Review meetings when required.
• Plan / schedule space for all origin stations.
• To co-ordinate shipment closely with Customers and various department to ensure shipments executed correctly
• Monitor & ensure Customers make prompt payments.
• Rectify & resolve payment discrepancies.
• Observe & control daily operational issues to comply Customer’s requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the industry.
• PC literate and has a customer centric attitude.
• Able to commit for weekends as part of regular hours due to operational needs.
