Work Management / Asset Management Consultant

• Providing functional and technical leadership and guidance in Work Management applications, to a globally dispersed team
• Managing relationships with system integrators to support complete system delivery on cost, schedule and quality.
• Driving improvement of the applications in the portfolio to continuously improve service reliability, sustainability and performance.
• Governance of the Work Management system design
• Working with key stakeholders across business to develop the strategy roadmap for the Work Management solution.
• Drive collaboration in client Technology to ensure effective execution of solution design on projects and other activities.

SKILLS

• Domain knowledge of Work Management and business processes, industry best practices, and capabilities, for examples: Maintenance Strategy Development and Optimization, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Maintenance Execution, Event and Investigation Management
• Domain knowledge of Work Management and Technology solution supporting the capabilities, for examples: SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Fiori, Asset Performance Management, Master Data Governance, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP EHS

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred

Job Description

• Conversant of contractual terms and conditions in particular for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Works.
• Manage and control and administer of the procurement contractual agreements.
• Maintaining and updating of all procurement associated contractual documentation and records.
• Communicate and work very closely with the project team for preparation of the invitation of the request for proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent with the project team.
• Supervise and guide and monitor procurement team including procurement executives and admin personnel of the day to day procurement operation.
• Supporting Project Leads in budget monitoring.
• With experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.
• Hands-on and with comprehensive experience at past in procurement process and supporting (or leading) procurement functions cover strategic sourcing and subcontracting.
• With good oral and written command in English and with effective communication skills with all levels and he/she shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and with vast exposure at past with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract and Contract Law.
• At least 3 years working experience and with either Degree in Law, Construction Management or Quantity Surveyor.
• Or, those with Engineering/Technical Degrees in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical and with 2 years in project contract administering role.
• Good knowledge and with experience within the various contracting associated with procurement management.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
