Team/Function Overview

The role requires a self-starting, well organized and motivated individual to work within our client facing Global FX FIX Onboarding Team.

This team is responsible for all FX Client Onboarding onto Citi’s FX platforms so they can utilize Citi’s Global FX franchise. This requires engaging with external and internal clients, at a technical level, utilizing our FIX API so they can avail of our live electronic FX trading

Role/Position Overview

FXLM Technology is focused on delivering IT solutions to the FX and Local Markets Sales & Trading business. We have around 400 people with the core of our development effort based in the financial hubs of London, New York, Tokyo and Singapore where we face off directly to the trading desks. Our core strength is providing the technical expertise and software development skills that directly affect the ability of our business to generate revenue and several of our client facing applications such as Citi FX Velocity and FX Click are leaders in their respective markets. In this role you will be responsible for all client and technical team interactions from initial engagement until go live in our Production environment. You will gain the opportunity to work closely with FX eSales & FX trading partners and gain a real insight into the FX Cash, Options and Algorithmic platforms that are offered within Citi as well as gaining visibility of the world’s largest FX Franchise. Working to ensure the business needs are met for all our traded major liquid instruments such as FX Spot, FX Forwards, Precious Metals and NDF. The team’s responsibilities extend to all aspects of the electronic trading domain, including connectivity, market data distribution and Co-Lo Infrastructure.

You will have complete autonomy over your assigned tasks so strong self-management is a must as deadlines must be met to ensure our Franchise standards are maintained and our clients’ needs are met.

You will gain exposure to a wide variety of technically diverse systems from High Frequency Trading (HFT)/low latency trading platforms where every millisecond counts to network designs panning local and wide area networks to connectivity mechanisms like VPN’s, RTNS etc. all while maintaining best practices in fields such as security and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with external clients and internal business teams to identify client requirements

Knowledge/Experience:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Truck Driver will lead to collect and deliver donated items to designated sites with established quality, environment and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a specialised driver role in carrying out assigned tasks by Supervisor
• Accept physical work by loading/unloading all donors' items at designated sites and/or delivery of items to Family Thrift Stores/Centres
• Assist in clearing the donation bins at different locations when assigned
• Maintain daily vehicle check, cleaniness, road worthiness and update necessary checklists, records

• Possess Class 4 Singapore driving licence
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Have to be ability to do physical labour for extended periods (weight handling up to 20kg)
• Able to speak and write simple English

Working Hours

5.5 days / 44 hours per week

Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays

8.30am to 6pm / according to roster

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Safety

· Responsible for ensuring compliance at Golden Rules & Driver Safety Policy

· Responsible for the assurance that the following activity are being done and working:

— Driver Duty Hours Compliance & Monitoring

— Pre & Post trip inspections

— Compliance to Tire & Seatbelt

— Compliance to Brake Testing as schedule

— Compliance to Green Folder Requirement (Transport Safety Directives) for plant sites & gas & gears

· Conduct validations of above mentioned activity to check compliance

· Responsible for ensuring customer site & routes are properly assessed prior to any delivery

· Carry out adequate risk assessmenl in new customers or site visited

· Responsible for ensuring On Board Computer (OBC), fatigue and distraction violations are monitored and addressed

· Coordinate and follow up with hauler for the consequence management applied to those violators and secure copy for proof

· Provide solution and agreed actions and including follow up to ensure those risks has been eliminate or reduce as agreed.

· Conduct analysis on OBC, fatigue and distraction violations to identify action to take to minimize the violation as well as the risk

· Ensures compliance to distribution operations in all safety requirement

· Practices Linde Safety standard by training staff and having a well maintained Fleet.

· Participates in the incident investigations if any.

· Responsible for ensuring all drivers and helpers are competent and properly trained.

· Coordinate with hauler and ensure compliance for all safety requirement

· Ensure vehicle maintenance schedule & SAP PM.

· Ensure compliance/ closure of Audit Action Points/ CAR’s appropriate to the location

Financials

· Improve Distribution KPI though efficient operations (cost/nominal, cost/km, capacity utilization, time utilizations)

· Assist in country programs and evaluates feasibility with impact to costs.

· Ensure delivery schedules are at optimum cost

· Ensure accuracy of hauler billing (reliability, km run)

· Ensure all trips have corresponding post trip approval form

· Check, validate and sign hauler billing to ensure accuracy ( if applicable)

· Analyse cost and identify areas for improvement

Customers

· Ensure Schedule compliance of trips to customers based on orders

· Maintain close communications with key stakeholders in dispatch, customer service, sales, operations, transport and production to ensure timely completion of schedule and producing the most cost and operationally effective schedule daily.

· Maximize time and capacity utilization of vehicles

· Reduce product return or backloads to site by continuously improving the scheduling process.

· Manage situations of product shortage, plant shutdown, vehicle shortage and any other situations that can negatively affect scheduling efficiency with the relevant stakeholders to ensure minimal stock outs.

· Pro-actively inform customers of potential delays in delivery.

· Ensures that all critical functions are in operations

· Ensure availability of trucks for respective sites and related equipment.

· Ensure timely and accurate submission reports

· Ensure timely communication and coordination to all concerned

· DIFOT/ Bulk Service Measure monthly reporting on distribution performance, and explore/implement improvement measures

Internal Process

· Accountable by ensuring timely and accurate reporting/submission such as but not limited to:

· Monitor deliveries via OBC and raise any potential issues immediately to immediate superior

· Coordinate with Sales if there is unavailable product of possible delivery failure

· Make a daily round in the plant to check status of fleets.

· Ensures that all policies, procedures and work instructions affecting quality in the areas of operation are complied and implemented at all times by their staff

· Ensures that all documented procedures affecting their areas of operation are updated whenever these are proven to be ineffective

· Responsible for the contractor management of the site

· Implement Best Operating Practice & benchmarking

· Conduct self-audit for transport operations

· Execute maintenance schedule of all distribution fleet & related equipment

· Ensure compliance of service providers to distribution standard operating procedure

· Actively participate in maintenance of ISO/other accreditation

· Ensure that defect monitoring systems are working and all defects raised are properly addressed.

REQUIRMENTS :

About the Job

The Social Worker is responsible with working with clients and their family in the day centre(s) to provide psychosocial support and interventions for persons receiving centre and home-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and family with regards to their admissions and discharges to the day centre services.
• Assess client's support system/network and household condition as part of assessment and care planning.

The BIM Modeller supports design drawings production department in 2D and 3D for BIM submission, drawings coordination between Architectural / Structural / Mechanical trades in 2D and 3D for BIM submission. The incumbent is to train, QC and provide technical guidance to junior draftsman / junior modeller when required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To produce quality output of shop drawings with minimal supervision

• Accountable for the timely submission of shop drawing in 2D and 3D for BIM submission
• Ensure content’s accuracy and fluent presentation in shop drawings
• To ensure strict compliance of system on shop drawings
• To handle multiple project simultaneous
• To raise issue with superior on deviation from original design intent
• To sketch, build and generate schematic with in-house software
• To check and coordinate with Architectural / Structural / Mechanical service in 2D and 3D for BIM submission
• Maintain smooth communication to the supervisor and to all co-workers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess either a Degree / Diploma / Technical certificate of equivalent in Architecture / Mechanical / Civil or Building or equivalent.
