Purpose and Scope
The C&S Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing the Civil & Structural aspects of the projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

• Responsible for projects management, planning and design works

Overview:

As a Quality Control Assistant, you will support the implementation and compliance of ISO standards within the company. Your responsibilities include assisting in maintaining documentation, supporting internal audits, and helping with quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards. The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works
• Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan
• Creation of 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in
• Revit/AutoCAD as relevant or required
• Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models
• To develop documentation for submission to Authorities including BIM e-submission

Purpose and Scope

The Contracts Engineering team plays a pivotal role in managing the financial & contractual provisions which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial & contractual provisions of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc
• Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly updated project costing
• Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
• Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
