As a University and Careers Counsellor within Dulwich, you will serve as an integral part of the student journey through the development and implementation of the university and careers programme. We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company.

Responsibilities

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports;

· Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;

· Assist in group consolidation reports;

· Support audit and tax queries;

· Liaise with banks on banking transactions;

· Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions;

· Support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor relationships.

· Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and accounting schedules

· Managing AP & AR functions, as well as intercompany billing

· Preparing quarterly reporting for GST

· Maintaining Fixed Asset register

Requirements

· Relevant certificate in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

· You ideally have some experience in Accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Requirements and skill 

Minimum degree :

in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering field. 

At least 4 years of proven working experience as a Project Engineer or 8 years and above as a Senior Project Engineer in gas piping installation field. 

Excellent knowledge of visualizations software such as AutoCAD. 

Advanced MS Office skills. 

Good knowledge in basic piping design and P&ID
