Brief description of the Restaurant

New opening Japanese Yo-shoku restaurant. Around 80 pax of capacity.

Job Descriptions

• Handle restaurant operations
• Lead and guide a team of Servers/Kitchen
• Handle preparation and ensure high quality and company standards\
• Provide excellent service experience to all customers/and provide a training to all staff
• Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
• Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
• Guide and monitor work performance of all staff
• Handle and manage all sales figure including FL Cost /Sales

Job Requirements

• Graduated at least Secondary school
• Report to the Japanese directors
• At least 5 years of relevant working experiencese)
• Quality-driven,Can do attitude and customer-oriented mind-set
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple-task

Working hours

• 7:30-23:30(as Rotating Shift)
• 5days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays)/principal
