Purpose and Objective

The Manager of Regulatory acts as an advisor on all legal requirements necessary to maintain import/export operations and Customs licensing. The manager is responsible for managing changes in international trade and political area, to ensure a high level of regulatory compliance. The manager is responsible for an extended team of regulatory team-members in the region and working in collaboration with internal & external business partners to monitor the conduct of activities for adherence to regulatory import/export procedures throughout the business lifecycle.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on changes in customs regulations and requirements, communicating updates to relevant teams and implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customs authorities, and internal stakeholders regarding all customs-related matters.
• Respond to internal and external audits related to Customs practices/other operations, including working knowledge of TradeFirst program.
