Job Description

• Consolidate and create manpower supply timesheets from various divisions for approval.
• Create new data in time attendance system, including shift patterns.
• Process time attendance and checking of overtime calculation.

• Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of mechanical systems used in the oil and gas industry, such as downhole tools, pressurized systems, pumps, Valves, Hydraulic power units and other managed pressure drilling related equipment
• Perform workshop duties, including receiving cleaning, servicing and testing of managed pressure drilling equipment in accordance with company procedures under direction from R & M Supervisor

The Project Specialist is responsible for coordinating equipment sourcing and preparation to ensure delivery of equipment packages to projects on time and in compliance with the Corporate and customer requirements.

• Utilizing JDE for locating of assets and inventory to compile project Master Equipment Lists.
• Request redeployment and/or purchase of A and I to meet project requirements.
• Arrange equipment inspection or repair by third parties as required.
• Coordinate with the R&M supervisor to advise maintenance requirements and allocation of personnel to complete all maintenance tasks in line with project deadlines.
• Communicate with project engineers and operations team on additional project requirements and ensure MEL is complete prior to load out. Highlight any equipment shortages, potential delays or maintenance issues that may affect project deadlines.
• Coordinate final visual load out equipment inspection and DROPS in coordination with QA engineer and supervisor.
• Coordinate with QA engineer to Compile asset inspection/calibration TMDE reports for project QA folder.

Job: Product Development Engineer/Manager

Requirements

· Mechanical Engineering degree

· Proficient in English language

· CAAS L11 / M10 (preferred)

· Knowledge of CAAS, EASA, FAA regulations

· Part 21 manufacturing and/or Part 145 MRO experience

· Experience in aircraft interior work (preferred, not mandatory)

· In-depth knowledge in DOA for Part 21 manufacturing engineering development work

· In-depth Knowledge in Part-145 repair development work

· Knowledge for SRM, CMM and technical data interpretation

· Integrity to ensure safety compliance to aviation requirements

Role & Responsibilities

· Review repair work scope report for correct repair callout

· Review BOM list to ensure correct spares and consumables procurement

· Review and approve repair traveller prior to repair work

· Coordinate with Operations to ensure proper tooling available in workshop

· Development of Part 21 product engineering work for DOA approval

· Development of Part 145 repair engineering work for repair capabilities

· Development of production and repair shopfloor work flow with Operations

· Review production and repair work cycle time with Operations for optimum manpower deployment

· Conduct First Article development, evaluation and qualification for new product and new repair capabilities

· Filing of engineering work packages

· Work closely with Operations to ensure compliance in workshop for proper tooling availability, process improvement, workshop layout optimization and manpower planning.

· Ad-hoc assignments

The Successful Applicant:

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities (responsibilities specific to this to this role)

• Supply Management
• Directly manage supply of a key outsourced module / component that feeds into an Applied Materials tool.
• Provide weekly readouts on material health status to supply chain executives
• Hosts supplier material readiness review meetings and ensures availability of supplier materials at various Applied locations globally (including sub tier components)
• Responsible to manage market share allocations across assigned supplier(s) / programs
• Key focal to manage supplier short shipments till full closure
• Work with suppliers on sub tier supplier changes to support overall supply initiatives e,g capacity management, cost savings, customer needs etc.
• Facilitate internal stakeholder discussions with suppliers to address issues gating supplier builds, e.g BOM inaccuracies, engineering spec waivers, rework orders etc.
• Obsolescence management – Facilitate seamless transition from end of life material to replacement material through close collaborations with supplier and internal stakeholders
• Support various inventory management programs both internally and externally e.g Consignment, VMI, Aged WIP management, safety stock etc.
• PO management
• Works in MRP (Materials Requirement Planning), or similar demand/supply planning system to procure materials for use in a manufacturing assembly, integration, test, or customers spares area.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and communicates regularly with supplier on demand forecasting
• Provides timely updates of supplier commits to internal customers via PO promise date, PROMPT and War room files.
• Responsible to ensure accurate part level information is maintained in MRP on a timely basis E.g lead time, cost etc.
• Responsible to maintain accurate BOM prices and manage ad hoc supplier PPV requests
• Supplier & stakeholder management
• Effectively influence suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet company deliverables.
• Act as supplier focal to highlight challenges that is impacting build, collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions
• Quarterly material and build readiness review for critical sub-tier material inventory management
• Visiting supplier site as needed to follow up on build progress and audit actual progress of tool in WIP vs supplier commits and company need dates

Secondary (employees do this some of the time)

• Ad Hoc RFQ requests to support business needs
• Support logistics team and supplier resolution of Receiving Variant Notices (RVNs)
• First line of escalation for Accounts Payable (AP) disputes submitted by supplier
• Audit assigned supplier’s material inventory position to ensure sufficient material availability is maintained support Applied Material needs
• Support logistic cost optimization projects e.g ocean shipment, trucking etc
• Coordinate engineering teams to address supplier queries on engineering related issues
• Drive overall business process improvements both internally and with suppliers

Key Responsibilities

1. Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
2. When necessary, works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
3. Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

About The Job

The Operations Assistant (Laundry) will be responsible for collecting linen / clothes from residents living area for washing and drying in Peacehaven Nursing Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Tally linen / clothes received at laundry and report any discrepancies to immediate supervisor, for follow-up action
• Sort linen /clothes according to type and place them inside the laundry machine for washing & drying
• Operate laundry equipment
• Fold cleaned linen / clothes
• Deliver cleaned linen/clothes to Residents Living area
• Check for any linen that are torn, faded colours or unfit for use and inform immediate supervisor for replacement action

• Speak basic English

• Physically fit to do light manual task

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Comfortable with working on weekends / holidays when required

Key Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, forecasts and communicates engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers. Provides input to outsourcing decisions by performing make versus buy analysis. Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Participates in Materials Core Team and coordinates product development process deliverables with team members (buyers, planners, production control).
• Supports the creation, releases, and updates to new project materials strategy.
• Participates in commercialization (transition) materials plan. Participates in the material change control change process. Assists in supplier price and delivery negotiations; under direct supervision may negotiate contracts as necessary. Utilizes the preferred supplier selection and assessment process when selecting suppliers. Completes supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts. Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).
• Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering.
• Meets cost objectives and resolves quality issues. Generates and publishes Key Process Indicators (KPI). Tracks total landed costs targets.
