As the Hair Salon Manager at V Cuts Hair Salon, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team of talented hairstylists and support staff while driving business growth and maintaining the salon's reputation as a premier destination for hair care.

V Cuts Hair Salon is currently seeking skilled Master Hairstylist / Hair Consultant to provide exceptional saloon services in a professional atmosphere.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

· Must have 5-6 years of hairdressing experience in Precision haircut, Hair Colouring and styling.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for the overall operations and business results of the Saloon.

· Acts as an expert in hair analysis is informed and educated in correlating saloon retail product offerings.

· Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients and to ensure client satisfaction.

· Assess staff performance and work quality and make hiring decisions.

· Ensure saloon regulations: appearance, update, cleanliness and sanitation.

· Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.

· Must provide training needs for the team and access training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques for the team.

· Actively participate in advance training or ongoing education in the latest fashion and trend.

· Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth.

· Strong professional presentation, technical ability, relationship building and communication skill.

· Adhere to saloon policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

SELECTION CRITERIA: -

Selection Criteria applies to candidates applying via online

· Relevant work (Hair Saloon) experience of 5-6 years.

· Must have experience in Precision Haircut, Hair Colouring and styling.

· Knowledge of chemicals for hairstyles including colouring agents and solutions that change hair texture.

· Ability to communicate in English. Preference to be given to candidates who can speak English along with a second local language.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for the overall operations and business results of the Saloon.

Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion;

- Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations;

- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors;

- Vertical wall construction in marine work fields;

- Dredging and maintenance works in ports, harbours, etc;

- Reclamation of ports and industrial areas;

- Rock dredging in open sea conditions;

- Soil improvement works in ports and harbours;

- Oil recovery and cleansing operations;

- Meet contractual conditions of performance;

- Review the work progress on daily basis;

- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones;

- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permit and licenses’;

- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management of Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum 10 years’ working experience as a Project Manager or Manager position in civil engineering projects and completed at least 2 projects of similar or its equivalent

- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Marine Works

- Completed at least 2 huge reclamation or related projects

- Understanding of all facets of the construction process

- Competent in conflict and crisis management

- Leadership and human resourcesmanagement skills

- Excellent time and project management skills
