Responsibilities:·

1. Quantity taking off and cost comparison for main work trades, negotiate and analysis costs for tenders·

3. Prepare tender submission including bills of quantities and discuss with Manager for pricing.

6. Prepare for final submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview.

9. Process VO and preparing final accounts.
10. Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions etc.
11. Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments.
12. Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the Client are delivered.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Building, Quantity Survey, Architecture, or its equivalent.
2. Knowledge and experience in using basic AutoCAD and reading drawings.
3. Well versed in contracts documentations including follow-up & submission of tenders
4. Minimum 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in Interiors Design building construction field.

• Maintain a register of operatives and staff on-site detailing their training records
• Identify training needs of site personnel and inform them of upcoming training bookings
• Liaise with the Foreman to complete staff wages in the draft, and finalise with the Site Agent
• Produce a site register to record all items to be inspected under LOLER and PUWER Regulations, and ensure they are regularly checked.
• Record the condition of the plant arriving on site on a form with photographs
• . Check the weekly plant & equipment sheet against the actual onsite and ensure any anomalies are resolved through communication with the Cost Manager.

● Qualify incoming sales leads and tracking of prospects through making calls or relevant means of communication to prospective clients, and also to coordinate with sales representative on the conversions

● Coordinating with the sales team and ensuring smooth onboarding of students recruited through the agents, while ensuring compliance in the process

● Update and maintain accurate records of lead enquiries in the CRM system to give sales representative actual feedback on lead quality and pipeline management

● Conduct school tours and respond to queries during pre/post consultations and assist client with the application process through to enrolment stage

● Conduct market research on competitor analysis and analyze the data to provide insights to the sales team

● Provide consistent and regular follow ups with existing customers to ensure optimum quality of customer service standards are maintained
