   • Support on the POSM shipment, cost tracking and PO creation

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of suppliers’ invoices and employees’ claims into system
• Check the invoices in the Procurement-to-Pay System, Coupa, and ensure all invoices are taken into system
• Liaise with suppliers and business divisions on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents
• Follow up with accrual of expenses incurred by the company where invoices have not been received
• Process suppliers’ payments, including generating payment vouchers, preparing cheques and online payments
• Close follow up with payment approvers to complete the payment process
• Assist in supplier reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of AP schedules
• Participate in the month-end / year-end closing process and ensure timely completion of the closing process
• Any other tasks assigned

Role overview:

The FX professional with experience in managing G10 and emerging markets, particularly in Asia. The role, based in Singapore, requires expertise in FX contributing to our mission of simplifying global money movement

How you will create impact:

• FX professional with 3-8 years of relevant experience - preferably from Payments / Banking industry
• Strong background in managing FX business - G10 and Emerging Markets (preferably Asian markets)
