Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate Implementation:Work closely with Quality Regulatory, M&ST, Purchasing, and Packaging Engineers to ensure timely implementation of product launch requests (PLR), existing product change requests (EPCRs), and artwork changes.
   Align implementation with customer delivery dates.
   
2. Define Cut-Over-Plan (COP):Collaborate with the Global Life Cycle Management team to establish COP for new product launches and artwork changes.
   Strategize and communicate COP with stakeholders.
   
3. Risk Management:Identify potential life cycle risks and develop contingency plans.
   Minimize write-offs related to new artwork or COPs by collaborating with Procurement and Planner.
   
4. Regulatory Alignment:Monitor regulatory plans to ensure alignment with new launches’ COP.
   Assess volume impact in case of delays.
   
5. Change Control:Manage creation and execution of Change Control processes for new product launches and other life cycle changes.
   Report monthly performance metrics.
   
6. SOP Compliance:Maintain and update applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a timely manner, ensuring global compliance.
   

Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Engineering).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
