Job Summary:

Assist with reception duties, registration, financial counseling, collection of payment and other administration duties.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care Management

• Greet and receive patients or visitors who present at reception counter
• Perform patient registration for both inpatient and outpatient by obtaining patient’s addresses, contact details, insurance, information and medical histories
• Update and verifying patient information at each visit and maintain confidentiality
• Answer phone call and enquires courteously and promptly
• Assist and direct patient and visitor to examination rooms
• Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls and SMSes
• Informing patients on delays and waiting time
• Provide financial counselling to patient and patient’s family
• Collect payment for services rendered
• Closure of daily accounts and cash deposit
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and patient’s waiting areas
• To adhere to strict infection control measures and exercise standard precaution and good hand hygiene
• To advise both inpatients and outpatients on the necessary procedure preparation
• To assist in maintaining the general cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned work area within the imaging facility
• To assist in transferring patients to and from the imaging facility

Administrative Management

• Replenish patient’s brochures and office stationaries
• Perform clerical duties, filing work, data for statistics reporting
• Call for maintenance and repair work
• Assume additional duties directed by operation manager or supervisors.
• Report any errors timely to supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Computer literacy
• Preferably has experience in health care setting

• Follows up on the pre- and post-contract administration of the project assigned to.
• Covers efficient methods for conducting tendering activities, such as risk assessment, the development of a tender file.
• Assist to prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
• Administer the tender process, evaluate tenders, and submit tender recommendation reports.
• Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and including liaise with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers, and other stakeholders if require.
• Possess strong knowledge of Contractual terms and works to ensure that Project Team adheres to Contractual Terms and Conditions.
• Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with , Consultants and Suppliers, and other stakeholders if require.
• Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensures expenses within budget.
• Track of any variations for ongoing projects that may affect costs.
• Responsible for the Valuation of progress monthly payments, claims, and final account settlement with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper documentation of the project.
• Attends site and other meetings as required.
• Prepare and submit catalogues and sample boards.

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent.
• Relevant Commercial, M&E, Infrastructure Projects QS experience.
• Have construction industry in M&E Sector experience.
• Experience in cubicost software will be a plus.
• Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice.

o Assist in the provision of regular and relevant HR reports, including headcount, organizational/ manager climate survey and others survey as required.

o Monetary or non-monetary award coordination and management.

o Any others HR matters as assigned.

Job Scope

• Assist project or team leads in evaluating and recommending the appropriate IT infrastructure products (commercial or open source) that will meet project or customer requirements

• Take charge or support the deployment of said products, including integration and testing activities at the System-as-a-whole level

Requirements :
