You will play a crucial role in supporting IT infrastructure improvement and establishment projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Your assignment

• Infrastructure Administration and Support: Administer, configure, and support IT data center infrastructure, network, cloud, and EUC infrastructure, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
• Server and Storage Management: Configure and administer Dell Servers & Storage, ensuring their smooth operation and efficient utilization within the IT environment.

• Firewall Policy Management: Fine-tune and configure firewall policies, implementing security measures to protect the company's network infrastructure from unauthorized access and threats.
• Vendor Coordination and Support: Coordinate support with principal IT infrastructure vendors, Inter-IKEA infra teams, and solution partners, ensuring timely resolution of IT infrastructure issues.
• Incident Resolution and User Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure Level 2 support incidents, change management, and service requests, providing efficient and effective solutions to users.
• Audit and Compliance Support: Support IT infrastructure-related audit, compliance, and security reviews and assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Standardization and Process Improvement: Support and coordinate with IT Infra Specialists to strengthen and standardize infrastructure architecture design, delivery, and operational processes, promoting efficiency and consistency. Maintain inventory records of IT infrastructure hardware with associated software licenses and support contracts, and support system and data backup and recovery procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of business data and IT services.

Scope:

• Support issuance and processing of transcripts, degree certificates, letter of certification and degree verification requests, and assist in any system testing for these areas
• Handle enquiries on the above areas and manage communications with stakeholders on graduation matters, including transcripts, degree certificates, letter of certification and degree verification for graduates.

• Develop and drive the strategy for all inbound and outbound playbooks for pipeline generation and conversions while inspiring two teams: Sales Development Representatives (inbound and lead driven) and Business Development Managers (outbound and intent signal driven) across multiple markets and industries
• Drive the GTM framework of lead and account qualification
• Work with our Sales Effectiveness team to strategize our lead management platform, sequence strategies and identify new prospecting tools for automation

The Banking Specialist provides operational support to Sales & Trading teams on the processing, settlement and confirmation of OTC Derivatives transactions within agreed ASAPs and Client policies and procedures. The Asset classes include Equities, Interest Rates, Credit, Commodities and FX.

Your key tasks

• Timely and accurate validation and processing of OTC Equity and FX derivative products (Accumulators, Decumulators, Swaps, Dual Currency Investment, Structured Investment, FX related products).
• Matching trade details on dealing blotter, counterparty term-sheet / advice and verification of trades in trade capture system. 
• Following-up with relevant parties to resolve any trade exceptions / discrepancies.
• Prompt settlement of premium, and trade events e.g. knockout, expiry, exercise, periodic fixing, including posting of accounting entries and releasing of appropriate Swift messages (e.g. MT 202, 541 and 543).
• Ensuring that client trade confirmations are prepared and sent on a timely basis.
• Ensuring that counter trade confirmations are executed. Any outstanding confirmations are to be escalated per the escalation matrix and followed up for resolution.
• Investigating and resolving all outstanding break items in Securities and Nostro as well as Internal accounts.
• Handling all trade enquiries from both external and internal stakeholders.
• Updating EOD checklist to ensure completeness.
• Maintaining close working relationship with team members and cross function teams.
• Ensuring operational delivery covering OTC activities are within agreed SLAs, KRIs and / or KPIs.
• Escalation of any operational risks relating to OTC matters to Manager for mitigation / control solutions.
• Ensuring that the bank's procedures and controls are complied with to prevent losses or risks due to errors, omission or non-compliance.
• Ensuring that all trades alleged by counterparty in DTCC and Markitwire are affirmed on in a timely manner.
• Performing User Acceptance Testing as and when required.

Team Summary

The Credit Settlement Risk (CSR) team is part of the Risk function and acts as a 2nd Line of Defence. CSR is responsible for protecting Visa and its shareholders from financial loss and goodwill damage because of a member’s failure to fulfil its settlement obligations.  In line with Visa’s growth strategy requiring a balanced and sustainable approach to risk / reward, credit & settlement risk is one of the significant risks that Visa Asia Pacific undertakes.    

What a Director, Credit Risk Management does at Visa:

• The role requires to be a strategic leader, supporting the head of function in setting and delivering the strategic direction and goals on collateral management, managing key stakeholder relationships. In addition, the role requires to be a subject matter expert in leading new collateral initiatives for clients in Asia Pacific and work with the credit analysts to appropriate mitigating measures to manage the credit risks.
• The role requires strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Key to the role will be a proactive forward-looking approach to enhancing the Credit & Settlement risk capabilities to support business growth strategy whilst balancing an appropriate risk / reward outcome. There will be a strong emphasis on the use data and analytical capabilities to improve processes, become more effective and provide better insights to actively make better risk management decisions. 
• The ability to take a portfolio approach to managing and understanding of the Asia Pacific client base as well as a good understanding of the CSR framework and systems.
• The role will require to lead and maintaining a strong relationship and partnering with Global Credit & Settlement function, complying with the Global Risk policy and procedures, supporting, active participation and as appropriate influencing global projects to support Visa Asia Pacific.  
• The Director will report directly to the Senior Director, Asia Pacific Credit Settlement Risk.

As a Director in the AP Region, the incumbent is responsible for leading and managing the strategic CSR projects and coordinating the relationship with Global CSR Center of Excellence ensuring that AP CSR is aligned to the Global framework and risk appetite.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
