Primary Responsibilities

Oversees Daily Operations and Achieving Targets

• Marks tables appropriately to food & beverage order for each course to ensure proper delivery.
• Makes sure that all product served are accounted for on the final bill before presenting it. 
• Up keeps and clears tables between courses throughout the dining experience.
• Picks up check before guest leaves and wishes guests a warm farewell while thanking them for their visit.
• At the end of the shift, delivers all checks and reports to the appropriate place according to established standards.

Training, Learning and Development of the Team

• Conducts regular on the job trainings for colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge. 
• Assists in records and submits monthly On-the-Job Training hours to Food & Beverage Office before the 15th of each month.
• Guides the departmental orientation for new hires.
• Ensures that colleagues are aware of hotel rules and regulations.
• Ensures that colleagues are trained on fire and safety, emergency procedures and hygiene.

The Housekeeping Administrator is responsible for coordinating Housekeeping department’s back-end operations by ensuring ongoing exchange and follow-up of information and requests between residents and guests, colleagues and other departments. The Housekeeping Coordinator carries the responsibilities of managing FCS, lost and found records and clear documentation at the storage areas along with other administrative duties wherever deemed necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for Housekeeping office operations in timely organised fashion

• Ensures seamless coordination in communicating information to relevant sections in accordance with the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensures smooth running of the Housekeeping section by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics.
• Receives, records and stores lost and found properties following the established lost and found procedure.
• Ensures accurate update of room status into the Property Management System (PMS) and investigate discrepancy (if any).
• Maintains key control and follows established key control procedure.
• Monitors linen runner activities and productivity.

Creates a welcoming experience that meets residents’ and guests’ expectations

• Upholds flawless impression and perception of the Raffles Hotel Singapore products, services and colleagues.
• Prepares amenities for VIP and any special setup required in suites.
• Monitors Royal Service requests and makes sure requests are closed on time as per standards.
• Updates guest’s profile into PMS as per received preferences for future references.
• Monitors “Do Not Disturb” rooms and follows the established procedure.

 Prepares daily operation needs

• Ensures smooth handover of daily activities to next shift.
• Updates bulletin boards with pertinent information.
• Prepares sufficient amount of guest supplies daily prior to the end of shift.
• Assists Assistant Manager with inventories, linen supplies etc.
• Liaises with Engineering with reference to maintenance repairs and out of order rooms.
• Undertakes and manages the Rooms Reconciliation tasks independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Risk Management to establish and optimize the Company's risk management system, improve the quality of credit risk analytics, and ensure the risk management processes in the Company are standardized and systematic in accordance to the company's risk management philosophy;
• Assist the Head of Risk management to effectively implement and monitor the risk management processes for the subsidiary companies, including formulating and optimizing the risk control process, regular communication and early warning mechanism for the subsidiaries, implementing centralized credit risk control for the subsidiary companies. • Responsible for the credit evaluation of the Group’s trading counterparties, and provide recommendations for the credit ratings, credit terms, credit limits and credit risk mitigation measures of the trading counterparties in accordance with the credit framework approved by the Board of Directors, for approval by the Senior Management;
• Responsible for the management of trading counterparties' credit limit and credit insurance, collection of market information, timely deactivation of high risk trading counterparties and reducing redundant credit limit, and strive for favorable credit insurance coverage limit of the company. Responsible for credit management of LC issuing bank and paper broker list;
• Responsible for daily monitoring of the credit status of counterparties, timely reporting abnormal situations to relevant departments and Senior Management, and to report on overdue balances, credit insurance and market developments to the Senior Management on a regular basis;
• Propose effective credit risk mitigation measures when the transaction credit exposure is above the company's risk appetite, and control the credit exposure of all transactions within the risk framework approved by the Company's board of directors and Senior Management;
• Responsible for liaising with relevant departments to carry out comprehensive evaluation of counterparty guarantee received by the company or subsidiary, and the follow-up monitoring work of these guarantees. This includes financing and non-financing guarantees issued by the Company as well;
• Understand legal, compliance and market risk related issues involved in the approval of credit;
• Responsible for maintaining the policy for counterparty guarantee (non-financing), and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure that the policy is up to date;

• Translating documents, e.g. Board resolutions, emails, director’s CVs, other letters or documents which are confidential in nature;
• Arranging expense requests and claims which are under Legal;
