Ohana Therapy is a boutique therapy clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road offering speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, educational therapy, physiotherapy, art therapy, and play therapy services. We're looking for someone who:

- Has a Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Speech Therapy in Music Therapy

- Has minimum 3 years' experience working as a music therapist, specialisation in paediatic practice is a bonus

- Must be willing to work with the paedatric population

- Knows their areas of specialty or areas of interest (what sparks joy)

- Has extensive knowledge and exprience working with the neurodivergent population, preferably in a multidisciplinary team

- Is fluent in English with strong report writing skills (fluency in another language is a bonus)

- Enjoys learning and working as a team

- Has completed trainings, or is willing to complete trainings in child-led, non-compliance-based approaches

- Is open to either a part-time or full-time position

Duties & Responsibilities

• To achieve sales & sell-through objectives for the Women's Leathergoods business in the region.
• To propose and implement adequate commercial actions to increase the Women's Leathergoods business.
• To act as a coordinator between the LVM Paris Department, Country Management and Store Managers.
• To formulate and coordinate launching plans and follow-up strategies for your Category.
• To organise and manage adequate buying / transfer / reorder policy.
• To report efficiently to the Department Head, Country Managers and LVM Paris Department on quantitative and qualitative aspects and key data of the Women's Leathergoods business in the region.
• To develop knowledge of the markets, gather and provide marketing information and comments to LVM Paris on sales, products, prices, consumer behaviour, customer needs, trends, competition.
• To organise and conduct the products training policy, perform trainings with the tools received from LVM Paris. Create tools as a complement, to identify training requirements.
• To collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure that all conditions are met for a smooth delivery process.
• To work with the Visual Merchandising Department / Store Projects Department on the instore display policy.

Key Qualifications

• At least 8 years' of extensive experience in Merchandising & luxury retail environment.
• Strong analytical ability - both quantitative and qualitative.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures.
• Resilient with the ability in dealing with ambiguity and stress.

Working Hours: 2 Rotational Shifts

AM: 6.30am to 4.00pm
PM: 2.00pm to 11.30pm

- 5 days’ work per week from Monday to Saturday (Off day will be on 1 day between Monday to Saturday depending on Roster)
- Sunday (Permanent Off day)

Remuneration (fixed for all, regardless of qualification, non-neg):
During Contract: $2200 basic + $180 shift allowance
- Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + CPF during contract

After conversion to perm: $2300 basic + $180 shift allowance after converting to perm
- Annual bonus + Annual salary increment applicable after conversion

1. Adhere to principles and practice of infection control, health and safety

2. Ensures equipment is clean, safe and in good working order and reports any defects to CNM / RN in charge:

- Preparation of dialysis machine

- Removal of medical consumables items from dialysis machine

- Machine disinfection / Chair clean-up

- Labelling routine/adhoc blood test tubes

3. Replenishment of medical consumable items for daily usage including cleaning and preparing of working trollies, including of white bags preparation

4. Assists with pre/post dialysis specifications: weight, temperature and other vital signs of the patient
