The prospective candidates are expected to have:

Job Responsibilities:-

• Analyze operational solutions for electronic interconnect manufacturing projects such as process and methods analysis, cost containment, capacity enhancement, and shipment optimization.
• Work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to review customer prints, bill of materials (BOM), contractual commitments and related information to determine logistics and develop logistics metrics and key performance indicators.
• Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities; develop cost estimates and forecasts
• Monitor projects from product design, materials planning, ramp-up production of wire harness products and ensure meeting with schedules and reaching company’s business objectives.
• Involved in defining work procedures/processes and building up documentation system.

Job Requirements-

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent and at least 1 year in the manufacturing industry
• Possess with mechanical/electrical/electronics and experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
• With knowledge on production routing and scheduling is preferred
• Possess good leadership and must be a strong team player
• Hands on skill in assembly products is preferred.

• Draft and negotiate complex customer contracts directly (e.g. RFP’s, RFQ’s, quotations, ITQ’s, MOU’s, letters of intent, NDA’s, etc); and 3rd party contracts (e.g. reseller, partner, teaming, subcontracts, SOW’s, MSA’s, etc)
• Manage complex tender bids (including commercials) and 3rd party back to back contract negotiations
• Vet end to end (not just certain sections) tender proposal submissions, customer and 3rd party agreements for signing
• Trouble shoot and lead the sales and bid support teams to find the correct solutions to bid problems
• Manage the sales, bid support team and senior management representatives to meet customers’ RFP requirements correctly, analyse and advise on the solution, delivery, 3rd party, legal and finance risks associated with the bid accurately, flow down the relevant customer RFP requirements to the 3rd party contracts properly and obtain the relevant internal management approvals in the tight RFP timelines

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• At least 2-3 years experience in managing complex tender bids
• Must be legally trained (doesn’t need to hold an LLB, arbitration or LLM certification per se) but must have at least 7 years’ solid experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
• Experience in ICT and Telco - commercial, technical, project management, 3rd party and legal tender and project matters
• Manage and gain the respect of senior management and a highly diverse and experienced sales and bid support team
• Good communicator, manager and team player who can operate in high pressure, stressful situations
• Able to handle reasonable volume and unreasonable requests / situations at times

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance health check manually on equipment.
• Follow up with fault identification and escalate to relevant Level 2 team.

Job Requirements

This position is responsible for the validation of automated equipment and/or control systems. Familiarity in DCS (Distributed Control System), PLC/SCADA and OSI PI is a plus and also have thermal mapping experience. In this role, the engineer has to work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures to ensure validation is performed in accordance with quality requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Computer System Validation Lifecycle from design to execution phases; Including relevant CSV documentations such as Configuration specification, design review, commissioning documents, and protocols.
• Responsible for preparation of CSV documents and protocols, perform execution for automated equipment and/or control systems, and closure of executed protocols.
• Perform troubleshooting during test execution.
• Responsible for execution of thermal mapping activities.
• Write execution related deviations and change requests.
• Any other task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or a diploma of technical specialization like Engineering/Pharmacy at least 8 years of relevant work experience
• Hands-on experience in the Validation life cycle of computer systems (eBR and DeltaV) is a must
• Experience in CSV activities in brownfield projects or operations support is a plus
• Good leadership and communication skills
