Craft Brewery looking for a meticulous and highly-organised individual to support its Founder.

The Role

• Work directly with the Founder on matters important to the business and free up the Founder’s time for other matters important to the business
• Support the Founder on projects and initiatives: including research, gathering data, basic data analysis and drafting of reports and presentations
• Handle scheduling of shifts for on-premise and off-premise part-time staff
• Source for part-time staff for on-premise and off-premise operations and perform first-level screening
• Prepare monthly and periodic reports for management
• Prepare monthly and periodic reports for external stakeholders
• Manage the Founder’s calendar and ensure that important deadlines are complied with
• Handle basic book-keeping of expenses and claims
• Prepare invoices for trade accounts and follow up with trade accounts on outstanding payments

Skills and Prerequisites

• Diploma in Business Administration
• At least 2 years working as a personal assistant supporting senior executives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Discreet: able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Meticulous: an eye for detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies

About the Brewery

Pink Blossoms Brewing poured its first pint to the public on 31 Aug 2018. Since then, it has been known for brewing some of the most delicious beers in Singapore.

The Brewery is constantly on the lookout for talents so that it can share its craft with a lager audience.

This position is responsible for the validation of automated equipment and/or control systems. Familiarity in DCS (Distributed Control System), PLC/SCADA and OSI PI is a plus and also have thermal mapping experience. In this role, the engineer has to work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures to ensure validation is performed in accordance with quality requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Computer System Validation Lifecycle from design to execution phases; Including relevant CSV documentations such as Configuration specification, design review, commissioning documents, and protocols.
• Responsible for preparation of CSV documents and protocols, perform execution for automated equipment and/or control systems, and closure of executed protocols.
• Perform troubleshooting during test execution.
• Responsible for execution of thermal mapping activities.
• Write execution related deviations and change requests.
• Any other task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or a diploma of technical specialization like Engineering/Pharmacy at least 8 years of relevant work experience
• Hands-on experience in the Validation life cycle of computer systems (eBR and DeltaV) is a must
• Experience in CSV activities in brownfield projects or operations support is a plus
• Good leadership and communication skills

• Excellent team player willing to work for the common goal

Duration : 9 months. Option to extend/convert subject to performance review.
