1. Chasing schedule/itinerary of assigned vessels and being prepared for the necessary events as such loading/bunkering/discharging/dry-docking liaising/negotiating with/against Charterers/Ship Technical Managers or all concerned parties.

2. Collecting Time Charter Hire Revenue, including negotiation against any claims/disputes raised by Charterers, settlement of account payable/receivable and/or etc.

3. Managing/Approving yearly/quarterly/monthly/daily/ad-hoc budgets of assigned vessels prepared by Ship Technical Managers and monitoring their activity/financial results of vessels (and instructing/drawing up and carrying out any plans for rectifications/improvement with such managers)

4. Checking if the Voyage Orders or requests given by Charterers on case-by-case basis are in conformity with Time Charter Parties and/or acceptable as Owners in any points of view, including negotiation against Charterers

5. Liaising with underwriters in Japanese Hull & Machinery and/or Protection and Indemnity insurance in case of material accidents and arranging any additional premiums (not limited to but including reporting any incidents to Charterers or all concerned parties, drawing up plans for escaping from them, legal proceedings, settlement/collecting insurance premiums and/or preparing press conferences in case of a serious accident)

Company is a pure shipowner/tonnage provider who handles Time Charter Parties and most contracts are long-termed ones.Our customers, i.e. Charterers are the first-classed and leading ones in shipping industry, like oil or grain majors, or one of the largest operators, etc, which make our financial condition stable and where it is expected that Candidate can work steadily with relatively less being rushed.

The Candidate will belong to Administration Group and will handle various matters including financing, accounting, and administration. Thus, wider experience/views are essential and required.

The main language used is Japanese, so skills of Japanese is highly appreciated but not essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
• Create & manage product specifications and design documents.
• Guide and assist the development team throughout the process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design.
• Present regular progress reports and setting goals.
• Work closely with Quality Control (QC) Engineer to test the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements as per the development schedules and deadlines.
• Update software solutions as required.

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

As a Customer Service Officer you will be interacting directly with our customers and be the Voice Of the Customer within Frosts & Quix and manage the sales order process through to shipment.

Main responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Be a team member of L2 Production Support team located across Singapore, Hong Kong and India to ensure 24 * 7 worldwide production support.
• Provide worldwide application production support for Supply Chain and regional support for Trade Finance systems within Asia Pacific.
• Independently debug and propose resolution/work-around for complex production issues.
• Ensure root cause analysis is performed where necessary and manage resulting action items to completion.
