About this role:

Service Administrator

• Responsible for Processing Inbound/Outbound repair cases.

• Perform Quotation creation & follow-up.

• Responsible and accountable for the communication and outcomes of spare part inquiries from customers to the service org (or as a redirection from Customer Care to service team). See notes in App A.

Warehouse (Spare parts)/ Inventory Management

• Perform general warehousing duties to ensure smooth operation flow.
• Enter the Inbound and Outbound stock movements (purchase delivery note & sales delivery note) into SAP: WM - GR (Goods Receipt), GI (Goods Issue) etc. basically the details of the stock, it is the extension of IM.
• Physical stock check & count upon receiving goods in the warehouse
• Carry out physical stock count on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Carry out physical stock check with auditor anually
• Ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Well-developed communication skills. An experienced communicator. Good at writing emails. Good comprehension of English. Can engage in discussion to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Able to collaborate across functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP (IM Module) is a must.
• CRM & Excel preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines.
• Able to multi-task, and work under stress, fast learner, independent, responsible, committed and team player.
• Must be physically fit (to lift at least 5-10kg each time)

APPENDIX A:

Responsible and accountable for the communication and outcomes of spare part inquiries from customers to the service org (or as a redirection from CC to service org);

• Update customers regularly on backorder progression

• Owning the completion of spare part orders

Responsibilities:

• Responsible as Sales Representative to propose company’s products, services & solutions to the internal clients (Samsung Group) in South East Asia region and to maintain & strengthen the relationship
• Find sales leads & biz opportunities by coordinating with delivery(technical) teams
• Process end-to-end sales activities such as proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract and overall project management
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (delivery teams, procurement, operations, finance, legal, etc) and headquarters to accelerate sales to achieve set KPIs
• Resolve issues and provide seamless customer experience on perspective of sales cycle

Requirements:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. You would need to work proactively to coordinate with the contractor on the ground for the execution and take corrective and preventive actions of lessons learned, due diligently to prevent reoccurrence. You are responsible for performing utilities turn-on after installation is completed. You must perform the activities per ASTAR site procedure and safety policies to ensure all tool-install-related activities are completed, meeting safety, quality, schedule and budget requirements. You will also be required to perform other activities such as operations for the different semiconductor modules (Diffusion, Litho, Dry/Wet Etch, Thin Film, Implant, etc).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all tool-install base contractors to execute equipment hookup for new tools, to meet the high-quality standards, dynamic schedule, and forecasted budget.
• Coordinate with the Project owner (NGTC/APM) to facilitate utility release as per the planned schedule and update tool release status timely
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with EHS-related regulations, risk assessment, safe work procedures, and permit-to-work system.
• Play an active role in safety, actively participating in safety discussions and safe work practices.
• Establish regular area walks to identify opportunities for improved safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and efficiency
• Establish regular, working interaction with peers as well as vendors in tool installation & facilitation, communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information.
• Keep the reporting officer informed regarding the progress of assigned work and any abnormalities observed in your area.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Semiconductor experience (Equipment & Process)
• Facilities field or Wafer Fab Manufacturing equipment background will be an advantage.
