This role is to design, develop and optimize AI platform for enterprises applications. It focuses more on the system-level techniques, such as efficiency, scalability and cost. The responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Employing software and hardware co-optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs of AI applications, such as heterogeneous computing (GPU), memory and storage systems, RMDA, operating system and database kernel optimization

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible of delivering multi-platform middleware to customers, enabling the usage of Thales’ PKI applications for PC end-users. We are seeking a talented Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team and work on Spatial and Single-cell Genomics projects. The successful candidate will have a PhD in molecular biology, genomics, or a related field, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting experiments involving the integration of spatial transcriptomics and single-cell genomics related to drug discovery, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to investigate gene expression in single-cells and spatially resolved tissue samples
• Analyze data from transcriptomic and genomic assays including single-cell RNAseq, spatial transcriptomics, and other sequencing technologies
• Develop and optimize experimental protocols for large scale single-cell genomics and/or spatial transcriptomics
