Salary Range: S$8,500 to S$12,500 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Drive mid-size or large-scale projects from start to finish as a key individual contributor, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs.
• Driving the full lifecycle of campaigns and projects from budget reconciliation to social media promotion. You play a critical role in building client brand recognition by developing strategic project plans or marketing strategy for the larger product.
• Work directly with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns and sponsorships from start to finish.
• Demonstrate leadership and subject-matter expertise in the broader marketing organization and within a specific team.
• As you guide the integration of multiple adjacent projects, you ensure all stakeholders, agencies, and project managers are working together to deliver high-quality projects with maximized return on investment (ROI).

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales managers
• Prepare proposals and contracts on behalf of managers to clients
• Assist in daily pick-up reports, weekly forecast and monthly presentation reports.
• Monitor the input of revenue for all events in system
• Communicate events related information to the other departments
• Attends all pre-conference meetings, as required, and assist in the preparation of post-conference reports

Ideal requirements

• 1-3 years’ of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and passionate individual to join us for the role of Events Executive.

In this role, you will actively assist in the planning and execution of high-quality corporate projects which include executive meetings, company events, virtual events, roadshows, product launches and more. A senior role may be considered for applicants with the right experience.

Responsibilities

· Key liaison between client, event managers, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event ensuring that both client and event requirements are met

· Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality

· Generate innovative & unique ideas to drive clients’ overall marketing goals and engagement strategies.

· Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of multiple events globally

· Provide technical support across various virtual event platforms, including Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.

· Responsible for fiscal success of project, including budgeting, time tracking, and reconciliation.

· Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful event

· To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events

· Expected to travel for overseas projects in the future when travel restrictions has lifted.

Possess knowledge or qualities of the following:

· Knowledge in virtual events execution is preferred.

· Creative-minded with meticulous eye for detail.

· Organized, hands-on, enjoys coordination and execution.

· Strong event production, project management and decision-making skills.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines. To take responsibility over workloads

· Knowledge in database management will be an added advantage.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· An Enthusiastic team player who is able to collaborate with colleagues to deliver industry-leading client service

· Be a quick learner and have a passion for the events industry

Salary remuneration and additional incentives will be offered according to experience.

You will be part of amultidisciplinary team intervening in acute or chronic diseases to maintaincurrent health, and/or promote the wellness of patients. On a daily basis, you will identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems, recommend and monitor patient-specific drug therapy, assure safe and effective alternatives asappropriate, document the outcomes and oversee drug distribution. This includes active participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds and/or ambulatorycare clinics, as well as dispensing medications and counselling patients ontheir medication treatment. You will also communicate timely and accurate druginformation, and provide education to the general public, patients, students,and fellow healthcare workers on matters pertaining to safe and effectivemedication use. Your research efforts in clinical and/or translational areaswill advance the knowledge base in your speciality area.
