Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content that aligns with the Marketing
Team’s goals and target audience
• Maintain and operate video equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting and
accessories, ensuring optimal quality of video production
• Plan and execute shoots for a variety of video content including commercials, interviews,
testimonials, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, skits, etc.
• Work with the marketing team to develop the storyboard for video scripts before each
shoot
• Create engaging short-form videos for YouTube Shorts / Reels / TikTok, filming with either a DSLR camera or phone camera, depending on the need
• Optimize videos for various social media platforms and formats
• Sort out footages and perform creative video editing (including cutting, trimming, adding
effects, subtitling, colour correction and improving audio quality)
• Be in tune with latest video trends, techniques and keep conceptualising new video ideas
• Maintain an organised video library, including file management, tagging and archiving for
easy retrieval and repurposing of video assets
Requirement
• Diploma or degree in Videography / Media Production / Film Production or relevant
disciplines
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience
• Strong technical knowledge in videography / lighting / audio equipment
