Job responsibilities:

• Meet with stakeholders/end-users to understand their needs, problems, and desired outcomes; Document findings in clear and concise report including (but not limited to) preparation of business case, scope documentation or functional requirements

Business Efficiency and Performance Measurement

· Responsible for monthly Business efficiency tracking & reporting to CCIB COO. Ensuring discipline and due process for timely delivery against performance targets through effective & regular engagement with business COO’s.
