Responsibilities

· Responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the customers’ needs on regular basis & maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

· Partner with solution team & delivery team to develop account strategy plan and business plan.

· Research on telco industry and perform market insight to ensure the competitiveness of proposed solution.

· Achieve annual business plan through efficient internal collaboration and proper customer approaching.

· Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.

· Handle related duties which are necessary for the proper management of key accounts and duties assigned.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field.

· Candidate from ICT background is strongly preferred related with carrier network.

· Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.

· At least 5 years of experience in sales or relevant experiences, or similar client support role a plus.

· Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be customer oriented, detail-oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision.

· Strong negotiation skills, Self-motivated and self-directed.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

1. Monitor and supervise operation of the various sports and recreational facilities including supervision of staff under his/her charge.

2. Ensure compliance of Rules and Byelaws at the various facilities

3. Conceptualize, plan, and execute sports and social activities and events, including but not limited to tournaments, competitions, celebrations, courses, workshops, talks and community involvement programs.

4. Conceptualize, plan and execute promotions to increase the usage of sports and recreation facilities within the Club.

5. Liaise with service and maintenance vendors contracted with the department to ensure smooth operations.

6. Execute administrative matters under his/her care, including but not limited to procurement, billings, memos, meeting minutes and bookings.

7. To prepare the daily work roster of the operation staff in the department.

8. To conduct the annual staff appraisal for non-executive staff of the sports and social department.

9. To attend sub-committee meetings as and when required.

10. Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in sports, events or hospitality industry

· Diploma or certificate in sport and wellness management, event management or its equivalent

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Powerpoint

· Good organisational and project management skills

· A team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills and a positive attitude
