• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for the management in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

The Must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, e.g.: PEB, BCA, SIA, etc.
• Proficient knowledge in building and construction works with detailed knowledge for building processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Projects/Primavera P6 or other relevant construction software
• Min 1-2 years experience in construction project management
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Good planning and time management skills
• A dynamic, positive and forward-thinking personality with the ability to work under time pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

The Nice-to-haves:

• Use of AutoCad, BIM, etc.
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
• Excellent client-facing communication skills

Job Description

The duties of a Project Coordinator are, but not limited to:

1. Support to Project Manager in project implementation.
2. Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
3. Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
4. Responsible in counter checking of detailed drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
5. Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
6. Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
7. Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications.
8. Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
9. Ensure site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
10. Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to superior.
11. Plan and organize manpower or resources allocation.
12. Perform other duties and tasks assign by the Management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related field
• Experience in field management
• Four or more years of experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
• Strong working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD and circuit design
