• Serve as a revenue recognition and finance subject matter expert and partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal and Sales Operations during the contract negotiation process by analyzing the impact of contract terms, communicating the revenue impact, and offering alternative structures
• Collaborate with Finance business partners on revenue metrics, forecasts, and projections
• Manage and align contract negotiations and contract terms to key financial performance metrics
• Assess revenue recognition for contracts in the process of being negotiated in accordance with ASC 606
• Exercise judgment within defined policies and authoritative guidance to determine appropriate action related to revenue-related transactions and documenting considerations and conclusions
• Educate stakeholders through creation and delivery of training for revenue recognition rules, key finance performance metrics, policies, and practices

• Perform shift duty to support 24x7 DC Operations stand-by duties for emergency.
• Assist to oversee the IT equipment hardware inventory on individual rack inside the DC
• On-site Management of works conducted within the Data Centre such as site preparation, site survey, network cabling, electrical wiring, air-conditioning, building power supply (including power generator) tests, infrastructure & System maintenance, on-site/off-site standby activities etc
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for Data Centre downstream infrastructure which includes Uninterruptible Power Suppler (UPS) systems, Water Detection systems, Fire Suppression systems, PDU, CCTV systems, Card Access systems etc.
• Operate Electronic Visitation Management System (Update Authorizer and customer access request accurately and promptly).
• Remote Hand Support (Media Management, Visual Inspection, Reboot devices, staging room, Physical connect/disconnect of HDD, network cable connectivity test, insertion of fibre SFP).
• Handle input and output media with due care for integrity of data and utility of media for subsequent use, including off-site storage.
• Perform Event Monitoring for Data Centre Facilities infrastructure to ensure they are functioning optimally (e.g. UPS, power, temperature control, humidity, water detection sensor, etc.)
• Perform event monitoring for IT Systems and Network infrastructure.
• Perform incident escalation. Ensure incidents are responded and attended to. To redirect for 2nd or 3rd Level resolution base on criticality, impact and customer Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Manage and mitigate escalations of high impact system failures and assist in tracking the incidents till closure.

Main Responsibilities:

The Execution Intern will handle all execution activities related to the LDC Dry Bulk/Palm business based at the Singapore Regional office.

• Issuance of contracts after trades are validated and communicate with the trading desk in case of any discrepancies
• Liaise with suppliers, internal and external customers, to plan and manage shipments according to the contractual requirement
• Activities include following up on freight bookings and vessel tracking, checking the shipment plan, sending vessel nominations, sending/receiving shipping instructions, appointment of surveyors for loading and discharging operations, receiving/issuing letter of credit, sending/receiving shipment tenders, preparation and negotiation of shipping documents to ensure settlements are done timely and correctly
• Responsible for maintenance of the trading system, to ensure the contract execution status is correct and all relevant data is input correctly and on time
• Responsible for vessel laytime calculation, demurrage and insurance settlements for the shipments handled
• Responsible for tracking and closing of aging files (laytime and other receivables / accruals)
• Provide high value support to the business, anticipate risk, risk mitigation and provide solution to the business

Requirements:

• Degree in Maritime Studies or any related field
• Knowledge of Incoterms, UCP/ISBP rules and Charter Party term will be a plus
• Knowledge of vessel laytime calculation preferred but not essential

• Day to day management of investment and accountability program for selected key regional client
• The preparation of buying results for a key client within the region including reviewing data and co-creation of delivery presentations
• Developing strong relationships with buyers in local offices, regional client team and media auditors

• Ongoing value tracking and consistent management of client KPIs, for internal and external merchandising

• Develop and maintain senior client contact including procurement lead

Our services include emergency card replacement, emergency cash disbursement, reporting of lost or stolen cards, and general inquiries about benefits associ­ated with different types of Visa cards. GCAS also supports Finan­cial Institutions that access Visa Online (VOL) by granting access to content and applications, re­setting passwords, and providing general information.

The services are supported via Voice, Email and Chat channels.
