• Responsible for the maintenance and continuous refresh of ASM1 Manufacturing Support Team (MST) dashboard

  • To advance and optimize the MST dashboard to incorporate meaningful performance metrics

• Trained SME on Failure Mode and Effective Analysis (FMEA) and maintain risk assessments pertaining to ASM Manufacturing

  • Serve as facilitator in FMEA risk assessment discussions and engage key stakeholders appropriately to manage risk assessment revisions / updates ensuring continued compliance

• Extensive working experience in various automation products: PLC/BCU/RTU, Data concentrators, Gateways/Convertors, SCADA/HMI, DCS, Historian
• Fully conversant with communication network designs, configuration & commissioning including the latest standards such as RSTP, MRP, PRP/HSR, Dual Homing etc. Knowledge on Router, Modem & Firewall etc. would be an added advantage
• Understand the customer technical specifications, preparation of functional design specification based on the SE offer in line with customer specification. Able to handle customer discussions & approvals
• Perform Engineering & Commissioning activity for short and long term deputation
• Handle customer iFAT, FAT, SAT
• Strong communication skills to frequently interact with foreign partners and customers through the project life cycle. International projects execution experience is an added advantage
• Able to debate on technology and able to influence others through technical and professional ability

Requiements

• Degree/Diploma in Property Management or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years of Facility &/or Property Management experience
• Knowledge in BMSMA & other relevant regulations
• Process good interpersonal & supervisory skill
