• Lead, through subordinate team members, the effective management of the Club, Korean Food & Beverage, Golf Academy, Membership, Lifestyle, and Facilities Maintenance functional areas to maximize financial performance while upholding quality standards and maximizing levels of member/guest satisfaction.

• Develops methods and criteria for bidding purposes, writes requests for proposals and work specifications, solicits contract proposals, conducts contract negotiations, prepares, reviews and proposes contracts, monitors contract performance or completions, reviews all long-term ongoing contracts annually and works closely with shareholders and CFO with contracts and reviews, evaluates and approves all contractor agreements.
• Ensures Managers conduct daily shift start meetings, weekly operational meetings as requested/required.
• Manage/direct all advertising, public relations and promotional activities for the clubs ensuring the shops are a model of compliance for corporate and brand standards and programs.
