• Detailed knowledge of different cyber security and network technologies
• Knowledge and experience in working on geographically dispersed and constrained networks, the associated security threat landscape, and related mitigations
• Experience in developing solutions for private cloud or tenancy.
• Experience in building and deploying within a segmented network environment, focusing on virtualization and platform layers.
• Experience in implementing and testing Quality of Service (QoS) DSCPmarkings of traffic to meet defined standards within secure federated environments.
• Basic understanding of Hypervisor/Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Active Directory, and PKI certificate services
• Ability to take requirements, standards, and frameworks and apply them in a practical application to future proposed solution designs and systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment to meet changing deadlines and shifting priorities.

Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function
• Process payroll via Info Tech Payroll system
• Prepare and maintain and maintain employee payroll records
• Preparation and submission of Form IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
• Filing of all government paid leave and claims
• Handle and assist staff queries on benefit and payroll matters
• To undertake other HR functions, ad hoc projects and other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Familiar with Employment, CPF/Foreign workers Levy Acts
• Diploma in Admin/HRM
• At least 2 years relevant experience, handling large headcounts
• Independent, hands-on individual with strong time management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel

Job duties:

• Preparing relevant reports & scheduling jobs
• Conducting marine equipment’s overhauls, inspections, & repairs on site
• Dealing with products such as couplings, shafts, mounts, brakes, backstops, fluid couplings
• Troubleshooting diesel engines, gearboxes and gensets

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years hands on experiences in mechanical troubleshooting, overhauls, repair, & inspection for marine related products & machines

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue wholesales delivery orders.
• Calculate return for wholesales delivery order & issue wholesales invoices.
• Monitor bank receipt from bank statement.
• Following up with outstanding payment.
• Arrange cheque collections & bank deposit.
• Issue tax invoices for cake order & voucher.
• Assist in monthly intercompany billing.
• Ensure completeness of sales transactions recorded (Receipt voucher & Journal voucher).
• Prepare pivot tables for bank statement for retail sales.
• Verify & review invoices before payment processing.
• Ensure invoices are properly recorded in the accounting system.
• Ensure payments & reimbursements are processed timely.
• Perform payment reconciliation for all payment methods.
• Verify new suppliers' bank details & circulate for managements' approval.
• Assist in preparing some petty cash payment.
• Monitor expiry date for lease agreements.
• Follow up with relevant department for new lease agreement.
• Ensure new lease agreement are taken up & old lease agreement are written off.
• Calculate & prepare monthly lease asset depreciation & finance interest.
• Maintain bank reconciliation & account receivable schedule.
• Maintain schedule for lease assests, lease liabilities & accrued interest.
• Prepare schedule required by auditor & management.
• Perform month-end financial closing according to company's reporting timeline.
• Supervise junior staff.
• Assist in annual finance audit.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification.
• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of APAC software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong attention to details, accuracy in data entry.
• Able to work independently.
• Good time management skills & ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal & external stakeholders.
