• Prepare quarter end timetable for all client work and manage quarter end process to ensure all deliverables adequately resourced and completed on time

• Work with Back Office on client deliverables to ensure adequate resources are allocated and fully utilised
• Ensure Back Office are preparing all work to a standard suitable for client review

• Plan workloads and utilise support team / additional resources where necessary to ensure deadlines are achieved
• Ensure reconciled cash balances are maintained for clients at all times.

IQ-EQ Fee Management

• Ensure our electronic time sheets are completed daily, and accurately for all hours worked and recording ad hoc work completed for billing purposes

• Ensure client database is up to date and accurate in Investran (contact changes completed within 24 hours of receipt) and Outlook databases for client related changes

• Drive the implementation of NCS cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy policies, standards and processes within the practice. You will work to continually improve the security posture of projects through proactive risk management and the establishment of a broad range of cybersecurity controls
• Provide direct support to colleagues to ensure cybersecurity is addressed throughout the engagement delivery lifecycle, from infrastructure and security tooling choices to the secure storage, processing and deletion of client data.
• Act as a single point of contact and escalation for the SOC, Threat Intel and Crisis Response teams for practice-related cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely identification, remediation and lessons learned.
• Manage the security SLA governance and provide practice-level cybersecurity reporting, metrics and forecasting to leadership.
• Responsible for information security, data protection, privacy, GRC, and audit requests for the practice, acting as single point of contact on relevant client security assessment and audits execution. Eg. independent third-party attestations of industry cybersecurity standards and certifications, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 for practice-specific solutions and products
• Contribute to the definition of the client specific security baseline. Consult and advise internal and external clients about security topics and support the opportunity management process by providing subject matter expertise and support
• Help win client business by providing cybersecurity assurance to RFIs, RFPs, proposals, contract drafting, security questionnaires, workshops and other client due diligence processes

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, in this role you will be part of a National team of Field Service Engineers providing a prompt and effective service to customers within the Water, Power, Petrochemical and other associated Industries.  

In this role you will identify faults, repair, test and modify actuators in the field, carry out planned and preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical installations of actuators and associated retrofit adaption of components, pedestals and drive shafts and completing accurate and technical site visit reports for each job.

This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically for troubleshooting issues and has the willingness to travel.

The Salary Range for this position $48K to $55K Per Annum.

Primary Responsibilities

Manages The Control Room

• Verifies all visitors, guests and contractors of their visit and issue pass to them after verifications.
• Records and issues departmental keys to the colleagues after verification. Acknowledges and records when the keys are returned.
• Reports and documents all incidents in the Security Management Occurrence log.
• Answers to all telephone enquiries in a calm and professionally manner.
• Records and takes pictures of all Loss and Found items surrender by colleagues or others in the “Case Property” form and thereafter to hand over to Housekeeping if there is no claimant.
• Responds to the fire alarm bell activation and activates the CERT members, Decam (Decentralized Alarm Monitoring Station), Hotel Telephone Operator and raised the Fire Alarm Bell Activation Report thereafter.
• Assists in the evacuation when the need arises.
• Assists in managing the Electronic Parking System for the Carpark, including printing the Daily Revenue Report and Settlement Report daily.
• Any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisors and Managers.
• Prepares to assume the role of a CERT member when the need arises.

Carries Out Static Duties

• Ensures a peaceful environment, greets guest coming/going out of the hotel, to report and take action if there is a disturbance.
• Ensures orderly traffic flow, advises drivers of unauthorised parking to park at designated car park and to report and take action if there is disturbance.
• Conducts checks on unauthorised parking, advise the driver to park in designated car parks, to report and take action if there is disturbance.
• Ensures only authorised contractors or supplier’s vehicles is allow to park in the loading bay.
• Ensures smooth traffic movements in the loading bay.
• Ensures the vehicles are parked in an assigned parking lot.
• Ensures no obstruction cause to other vehicles using the loading bay.
• Verifies the identities of all contractors/workers using the loading bay.
• Responds to any emergencies within 3 minutes or less.

Patrols The Hotel Grounds And Buildings

• Residence patrolling for crime prevention and to report of any incidents, disputes disturbances or found properties left unattended.
• Perimeter patrolling to ensure that the hotel’s exterior walls are not vandalised or damaged, ensures the street lamps are in working condition.
• Raffles Arcade Blocks patrolling for crime prevention, providing assistances or enquires from City guests or members of the public.
• Responds to any emergencies within 3 minutes or less.

Involvement As A Member Of The Security Team

• Provides security escorts for finance department to the bank.
• Witnessing for colleagues depositing sales proceeds at finance department.
• Crowd Control Duty during major events or VVIP visits.
• Prepare to assume the role of the CERT members and First Aider.

This role is based in Singapore and responsible for assisting R&D team on all Electrical and Electronics/Power Electronics concepts, design and fabrication for high power (3 kW and beyond) new contactless charger products.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

1. Assist on design and implement power/control circuit for power converters, conduct design.
2. validation tests and work cross-functionally with other development groups.
3. Work closely with R&D Team, mechanical, field applications, and production teams for specifications, design, prototyping, and fabrication.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic/Power Electronics Engineering.

3. Basic knowledge in power electronics and power converters design, e.g., AC/DC, PFC, DC/DC, DC/AC, LLC and resonant converter.
