As part of the Production team in Singapore, the intern will be able to learn the different manufacturing process, operational systems and activities that support pharmaceutical manufacturing. He/she will be expose to the various process, systems and activities associated with cGMP manufacturing operations within IPT.

The PE intern key responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist in the management of cGMP documentation

Job Duties:

• Need to countercheck raw material needed for the mixing.
• Maintain the tanks and surrounding area free of dirt.
• Coordinate with group to do inline cleaning in place and steam in place.
• Documentation for RMR including bubble point test and chemical weighing
• Regeneration of RO water system

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in chemical field
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in cleanroom area and Pharmaceutical field.
• Able to handle hazardous chemical
• Prioritize with chemical hazardous certificate

Job Description

• Manage internet marketing campaigns, newsletter/magazine, subscription and website maintenance.
• Assist Head of Sales in developing, planning, executive and monitoring marketing activities.
• Organize, coordinate & executive marketing events such as seminars, workshop and exhibition and provide event site support.
• Plan and conceptualize marketing initiatives/campaigns with business partners.
• Initiate marketing programs & collaborate within internal & external on marketing events.
• Manage marketing department budget.
• Manage creation and copywriting work of all marketing materials including product catalogues, promotional flyers, advertising materials, etc.
• Manage and maintain a library of product image database.
• Manage and control all marketing collateral sourcing, printing, inventory - not limiting to catalogues, brochures, corporate gifts, etc
• Manage all product related information update on website.
• Develop and maintain a social media program.
• Update and maintain all corporate presentation materials
• Oversee and ensure all corporate materials created adhere to corporate identity (CI)
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD and management

Requirements:

• A University Degree in Marketing OR at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related fields of marketing or business or corporate communications.
• At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in MS office applications, graphics design skills and marketing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Pardot CRM)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Creative and innovative, able to work independently, excellent written and speaking communication skill.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions

Help to supervise the operations of the backend and frontend in and out of the office.

One such tasks involve the quality control of the products made.

Reporting to the VP, Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities for Medical Devices regionally and globally, exploring all innovative ideas and establishing relationships with customers, provide strategic sales leadership to drive business growth, revenue and gaining market share, ensuring that target marketing goals are met. Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Chemical Process or its equivalent with minimum 5 years’ sales and marketing experience in a plastic molding industry for Medical Products / Device Industry
• Result oriented and highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Mature with good leadership qualities, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in ISO 13485 QMS and ISO 9001 QMS will be an added advantage
