The role holder is responsible for the delivery and operation of the regulatory framework for Currencycloud’s APAC business, ensuring that the company observes all relevant local and international Regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring the business is well positioned to onboard and transact with APAC customers in target segments.

The role holder is part of the compliance team for the APAC region, working alongside the APAC Compliance Director. While the Compliance Director is responsible for the delivery and operation of the Compliance framework for Currencycloud’s APAC business, ensuring that the company observes all relevant local and international Anti-money-laundering, Financial Crime and Transaction Monitoring requirements, the focus for the APAC Senior Manager - Regulatory is to own and manage all matters relating to Currencycloud’s status as a company regulated to provide financial services in a number of jurisdictions within the APAC region. The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising the set-up, maintenance and safe and efficient operations of equipment used for moving cargo onto the transportation. He/she is also responsible for overseeing checks on the rigging or mechanised equipment.

He is required to supervise rigging and lifting operations, be observant and perform quality checks for the operation. He is also expected to supervise general or project transport operations and activities including planning and scheduling manpower and transportation resources and executing of transportation operations. He/she is also responsible for preparing and documenting operations reports.
