Job Scope:
1. Operating and monitoring manufacturing machines.
2. Conduct simple tooling change, daily checks and material handling.
3. Follow factory standard operating procedures (SOPs)

5. Education : Secondary school and above or ITE.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, design and prepare the Electrical/Mechanical services drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as the upgrading of existing buildings’ drawings for tender (These services include electrical/mechanical installation to indoor and outdoor facilities, underground piping system, lightning protection system, CCTV, single line diagram/schematic drawings etc).
• Liaise with Engineer-in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval.
• Prepare all Electrical/Mechanical tender drawings in 2D and 3D format (eg. Using AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of drafting experience in Electrical/Mechanical building services in consultancy firm/relevant industry.
• Good knowledge and skillful to use AutoCAD, ArchiCad & Revit Software.
• Have good understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office application.

Essential Functions
