Key Responsibilities

This includes developing and managing Currencycloud's brand visibility, creating and distributing content, and managing the website and our media performance.  

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic APAC marketing team. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies tailored to the APAC region, orchestrating omni-channel campaigns with marketing managers, and collaborating with regional agencies. This role also involves managing SEO, CRO and paid advertising initiatives. What we expect of you, day to day: 

• Collaborate with our APAC marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience, including SEO, CRO, email and paid advertising campaigns. 

• Help manage and optimize SEO efforts in APAC, conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and providing content recommendations to enhance organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. 

• Help plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads,LinkedIn Ads and Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Baidu, to maximize brand exposure and generate high-quality leads in focus markets. 

• Foster strong relationships with global/regional agencies, working closely to develop and execute effective digital marketing initiatives that align with our brand identity and campaign goals. 

• Coordinate the implementation of email marketing campaigns, from creating and optimizing email templates to segmenting target lists, scheduling campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. 

• Ensure the smooth operation of marketing automation platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring accurate data integration. 

• Conduct regular A/B testing and analysis of email campaigns, SEO strategies, and paid advertising to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. 

• Assist in the development and execution of lead nurturing workflows and customer journey mapping, leveraging marketing automation tools.

Primary Objective:

• Utilise a combination of the Bank's branch network, tele-consulting and referrals to meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Build lasting relationships with real estate agencies, developers, solicitors and own personal network to generate referrals for the bank’s shelf of mortgage products.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities that are organised by bank or business partners to develop business and foster relationship.

We need someone with a passion for protecting corporate assets, including people, property, and information worldwide. You will coordinate on all aspects of security operations, including managing of programs, ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures, and planning and executing events in JAPAC. You will also play a crucial role in responding to security incidents and ensuring compliance with all applicable security regulations.

We are seeking a team player who enjoys working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic company. This role will be based at our Singapore office.
