We are looking for a Financial Controller who will help drive the growth by providing financial stewardship and analytical insights into key financial and operational performance metrics. This role will be a strategic partner to the business to assist in evaluating operational processes and support planning / forecasting. Financial Controller will manage the company's plans and forecasts, at the same time advising top management on capital allocation and strategic direction. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to dive deep into the foundational building blocks for all departments. You must be able to analyse financial results, understand key trends, variances, assess current and future business risks. You will manage weekly, monthly and quarterly management reporting and reviews. The Financial Controller will spearhead business process transformation, process improvements, implementation, and process automation projects. Key Responsibilities
