Job Responsibilities:

As the Infant Care Principal, you will be responsible for:

Leadership & Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the infant care center, ensuring high-quality care and services for infants aged 2 to 18 months.

Parent & Community Engagement:

• Conduct parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to foster a strong sense of community and partnership.
• Serve as the center’s representative to external stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership (DECCE-L), Diploma in Infant and Toddler Care, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in an infant care setting.
• Strong understanding of infant development, care practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• First Aid certification (preferred).
