Requirements

• NITEC / O Level / Diploma in SCM or Logistics – Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
• Knowledge in courier booking (Fedex, DHL & UPS)
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse distribution preferred
• Ability to organize own area of work and work independently with min. supervision
• Requires both verbal and written communication skills
• Strong planning and analytical decision-making skills
• Ability to assume greater roles of responsibility
• Enthusiastic, Motivated and possess “Can-Do” attitude
• Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
• Works independently and leads teams to deliver daily KPI
• Strong Microsoft Office / Excel skill will be an advantage
• Familiarization with Epicor/SAP/WMS/MRP/ERP is an added advantage

This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
• Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.
• Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
• Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.
• Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.
• Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

• Perform sophisticated risk analyses using AIR's cutting-edge technology for governments, non-governmental organizations, corporates, and other financial intermediaries in the internationally expanding business of extreme event risk management
• Respond to client questions in a timely manner and help bring them to a speedy and accurate resolution by working collaboratively with our internal teams
• Communicate AIR’s offerings to new and existing clients across the full range of our solutions to an audience with a mixed experience level
• Communicate with clients to develop project timelines and manage deliverable expectations
• Develop strong relationships with model users and consumers of model results within our client base; learn their workflows and objectives, and provide proactive service to help them avoid pitfalls and to leverage our solutions optimally
• Support the on-boarding efforts for new clients in close coordination with our internal teams as needed.  This includes training, workflow design, the usage and interpretation of model results, and addressing challenges related to adopting or transitioning to AIR
• Perform a wide of range of risk analyses in support of consulting projects, client support, and internal initiatives
• Work closely with our business development and senior management teams to develop and maintain client-specific performance objectives
• Support model and product change management efforts when model updates or new features are introduced in our software
• Provide input to our internal teams regarding the evolution of our products based on client feedback and your internal usage of our products.  Remain engaged with the internal teams through feature design, development and release
• Support our business development team in sales efforts in a technical and a pre-sales support capacity
• Serve as an ambassador of AIR to our clients and prospects
