HR cum Admin Executive Duties And Responsibilities

• To manage all MOM procedure for hiring foreign worker, apply courses. (IPA, CSOC, etc)
• To check the quota for hiring & update employment details.
• Able to solve and handle all the foreigner workers related matters.
• To make sure all HR related works are up to date and report to your superior.
• Able to manage all site & office issues.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, address complaints, explain information, and take orders
• Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers
• Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
• Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
• Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
• Type, format, proofread and edit documents from notes or dictation
• Prepare meeting agendas; attend meetings to take notes and write minutes
• Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments
• Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records
• Take inventory and order materials, supplies, and services as needed
• Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment
• Perform basic bookkeeping and banking transactions, including the collection, counting, and disbursement of money
• To issue Purchase Order when receive direction from superior.

Job Description:

As a BIM Modeller , you will play a pivotal role in the creation and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for our diverse range of projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM into the design and construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit or similar BIM software.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into the design, construction, and facilities management process.
• Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards and project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts in coordination with design and engineering teams.
• Assist in the creation of construction documents and coordination drawings.
• Support the implementation of BIM protocols and workflows within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of BIM concepts, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in architectural or engineering design preferred.
• Certification in BIM is a plus.

Job Description:

• Manage project from estimating/bidding, detailing, product purchasing, delivery, scheduling, installation, and construction administration.
• Lead, manage, organise, and control all internal and external project execution manpower & resources (including prefabrication works)
• Ensure site construction team members have the appropriate skill set, training & development plans, future workload and are set realistic work packages to agreed milestone targets.
• Provide advice and clarification to customers, contractors, and vendors on all construction and fabrication works matters.
• Develop overall coordination and cooperation of contractors to minimize interface problems.
• Work with the customer and contractors to ensure proposed construction and work methods are clearly understood and accepted and ensure agreement on environmental and safe work plans for permitting.
• Manage all project site works. Assign, monitor and communicate the progress and completion status of all construction tasks.
• Ensure that risk assessments, safety plans and permit to work applications are reviewed and approved before start of work.
• Seek opportunities to improve the project build scope and margin through cost savings and variation orders.
• Participate in all accident/incident investigation meetings, where applicable.
• Take responsibility for finalising deals until monetary settlement and after sales.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of building regulations, design standards, safety requirements, building materials and installation techniques

Responsibilities:

• Daily planning, routing and scheduling of trucks to optimize resources
• Attend to all customer queries and requests for new orders, amendments and cancellations.
• Manage day to day operations work flow
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in operations in waste sector will be an advantage.
• Computer literate
• Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek (altn Saturday)
• Class 3 & 4 will be an advantage.
