Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the financial activities of the Company with the objective to drive the Company’s financial performance and value add to the Organization
• To monitor closely on AP, AR and cash flow
• Responsible for the quarterly GST submission report
• Preparation of audit schedules, coordination of year-end audit and Filing Annual Returns
• Prepare timely weekly/monthly stock report, reconciliation of bank/vendor/customer accounts, profit & loss, balance sheet reports
• Preparation and data entry of journals for monthly charges/provisions/adjustments
• Maintain fixed assets register and monthly depreciation journal entries
• Co-ordinate the passing of Directors’ Resolution; filing forms for any changes in the Company to Registrar of Companies
• Assist from time to time in processing Work Order, general administrative duties, clerical work and filing duties
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounting Department preferred
• A must and proficient in using Netsuite and MS Office
• Self driven, meticulous, organized and independent with high degree of initiative
• Hands on, team player, proactive and possesses good working attitude

GlobalFoundries Fab 8 is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor process integration team. The core responsibilities of this team involve ownership of process integration from development, customer engagement to production. The ideal candidate should have proven track record of developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production. Also, the ideal candidate can demonstrate a technical understanding of various processes and an understanding of a balanced scorecard approach to develop, sustain, and improve the technologies with quality, cost, and delivery all considered.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Feature rich process development in various technologies including FINFET technologies, FDSOI, and eNVM.
• Collaborating with process module & packaging team in driving process solutions.
• Working with TSD & BU to oversee the scope of projects and ensure that all technical needs are catered to.
• Driving technology cost reduction & process convergence & yield improvement.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years or Master’s Degree with 7+ years or PhD with 6+ years of working experience in relevant field. Degree must be in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
• Experience of leading engineer team, developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills, particularly focused on managing schedules, scope and cost trade-offs of projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD with 13+ years of working experience in relevant field, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
• Experience in the FEOL/BEOL process with FinFET and FDSOI technology is plus.
• Strong background in FEOL/MOL/BEOL process development and characterization knowledge
• Results oriented and focused on quality of work
• Excellent structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, clients, as well as internal and external partners.
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills
• Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment.
