Position Purpose:

Reporting to Senior Brand Manager / Business Manager, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Recruitment

• Specialised in end-to-end recruitment functions which include from onboarding (job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, reference checking, and making salary proposal and job offers) to separations
• Analysing and monitoring the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting
• Updating of monthly organisation chart
• Partner recruitment agencies on hiring needs
• Support expats entry and onboarding processes

• Work closely with line manager on annual performance review, design of training roadmap, employee engagement activities, recruitment and any other HR matters to drive attraction, retention and engagement
• Communicate effectively any HR-related policies changes and updates to all staff in the business units assigned
• Perform any other duties as assigned and requested by Manager.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
