WORKING CONDITIONS

• Implement market risk management based on physical and paper trading
• Analysis P&L of paper deals and match the physical and paper deal according to hedging strategy
• Verify the daily statements of agents and calculate margin call
• Perform credit worthiness analysis and reviews for existing and new customers.
• Assess and approve credit limit requests and provide support for payment terms recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to company’s credit policy and comply with established processes.

• Development and implementation of credit and market risk framework and policies.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess a Degree in related field or equivalent
• Effective team player with at least 1 year experience in risk analysis / control management
• Good team player and problem-resolver
• Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure and have sense of urgency
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts

• Assist Project Manager on planning to ensure that materials, manpower, machineries, authorities approval and site conditions are ready before the work starts.
• Supervise work for the contract and ensure that it is done in compliance with the contract specification including confirming and verifying that the work is done.
• Manage the project to ensure that work is carried out in a manner that meets the quality, environmental, health and safety objectives and targets set out by the management.
• Coordinating with authorities, clients and vendors.
• Preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board (PEB).

Job Description

• Provide front desk duties to clients at the Concierge and main reception by greeting, welcoming, and directing clients to assigned meeting rooms
• Provide front desk service to clients and internal staff
• Managing and maximizing the meeting room resource in booking system
• Assist external/internal clients and walk-in with general enquiries
• Ensure meeting room facilities, fixture, amenities, and equipment are well maintained in proper working condition
• Liaise with Admin support team to setup and turnover meeting rooms / venue before and after events
• Assist with taking and serving beverage orders
