Position: Associate Project Manager
Location: Singapore
Duration: 12 Months

The functional role of a Project Manager (“PM”) is to help support the planning and execution of the Tax Schemes portal product delivery. The main responsibilities include:

• Project coordination
• Stakeholder communication
• Change management and training
• Monitoring and tracking progress
• Documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in planning and scheduling project timelines, tasks and deliverables
• Supporting project team in meeting deadlines, monitoring task completion and ensuring smooth project flow
• Maintaining and organizing project documentation, including plans and business requirements
• Preparing status reports and presentations for management
• Developing training resources with the vendor’s support
• Engaging key stakeholders to ensure they are informed and supportive of the change through regular communications
• Driving change management strategies and plans, including coordinating communication and training programs to help users adapt to the new system features
• Handling and responding to user inquiries and issues reported for the product via various communication channels like emails and calls
• Helping users resolve issues with the product by following the FAQs guide
• Escalating unresolved issues to senior staff or business teams when necessary
• Meeting performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates
• Maintaining accurate records of all communications and resolutions for future reference
• Working with other team members, supervisors or departments to ensure efficient service operations

Requirements:

• Experience with change management for implementation of new systems and/or customer engagement
• Project management skills will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the project costing and budget. overall planning, scheduling and resource deployment of the project

· Responsible for the overall operational metrics and smooth day-to-day project operations

· To formulate operations strategies and plans to reduce costs and optimise profits

· To ensure all prerequisite project documentations are in place and QESH information is delivered prior to start work

· To ensure materials purchased and service rendered are in accordance to project specifications and requirements

· Ensure all project mandatory documentation is properly maintained

· Inspect and ensure all work procedures and service rendered are in compliance with statutory requirements and internal QEHS policies and procedures

· Attend to project meetings and all other project matters

· Working with customer, subcontractor, consultant and project team to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of the project with quality workmanship

· Ensure works done with supporting customers’ work orders & billed

· Partner with other functional heads for operations improvement, efficiency and productivity

· Managing customers complains and service expectations

· Attend site survey or site show round when necessary

· Partner with Business Development Team in tendering to secure new business opportunities and maintain renewal of existing term contracts

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· At least 5 years of site operations experience in Electrical or Engineering industries

· Proficient in MS Office Applications

· Good interpersonal and communication skill

· Good planning and organisational skills

· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

· Singapore Class 3 Driving License (preferable)

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above, majored in Business administration/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, etc.;

· Proficiently use office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Good communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

· At least 2 years of dedicated data center infrastructure solution sales/service or design experience, with good network of Channel Partners or Contractors.

· Channel Sales and Account management experience

· Be able to understand customers' business, and strategic requirements, influence customers' plans and budgets, and design solutions based on customer requirements

· Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential to effectively communicate with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers.
