Qualifications:

The essential responsibilities include:

• Ensure that the website is merchandised appropriately for seasonal and day-to-day campaigns, with the optimal product and category placement to achieve and surpass sales and conversion targets
• Map category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy teams
• Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
• Monitor the website, sales, and campaign analysis to gain an understanding of user experience, buying habits, and trends, and implement changes based on this analysis

Formal Education & Certification

• Degree in a related field

Knowledge & Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant eCommerce experience
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other digital marketing analytics tools
• Possess a proven track record of B2C dot com sales with strong acumen for online business
• Keep up-to-date with the latest eCommerce related development & maintain awareness of market trends in the online space
• Strong knowledge of FMCG or retail environment
