• Work closely with Senior Care Centres (SCCs) and Active Aging Centres (AACs) for procurement and payment-related matters
• Manage SCC/AAC staff’s professional development training process including registration, marking of attendance, and account activation via PCF Learning Management System (LMS) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) LMS platforms; while taking charge to relevant ensure course fee payments are processed
• Maintain SCC/ACC staff’s training records online
• Procure furniture and equipment for new centres alongside the Centre Manager, Senior Nurse, Therapists as well as the Admin and Finance team
• Perform grant claim submissions
• Take down minute notes for meetings
• Undertake projects and tasks that might be introduced from time to time

Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Management (minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Business or Management if the candidate has excellent career track in relevant experience)
• At least 2 years experience in administration, financial or procurement portfolios
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multi-task, well organised and meticulous

Job Purpose

Drive all Oceanfreight Operational KPI performance of all Asia Pacific countries and support the countries in achieving their KPIs as well as the productivity and data quality benefits intended to be delivered through these KPIs. Each team member will be given a set of specific KPIs/topics to make their own and drive.

Main Responsibilities

· Execute Operations process and performance improvement plans with in-depth analysis and potential solution proposals to meet KPIs as well as productivity and data quality goals

· Review and evaluate impact of process and system changes to ensure quality, efficiency, and improvement

· Understand and analyse operational data and statistics to identify further opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements

· Cooperate with Global, Regional and Country Operations & Compliance teams with various analysis and process improvements and provide ad-hoc assistance to country, regional and global management

· Formulate innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness

· Consolidate the results of improvement projects and compose relevant report on progress and results

· Deploy best practices to identified key risk areas and resolve them

Stakeholders

· Connect with and influence other specialist departments such as, but not limited to, BPO/IT Training, BPO/IT CIS (Customer Information Services), Global Oceanfreight Operations, etc.

· Build strong, trusting cross functional relationships with DGF managers such as Country Oceanfreight heads and country managers, regional Oceanfreight head and CEO

· Understand customer and key stakeholder interests and concerns such as Oceanfreight Operators in country, supervisors, and country management. Advise stakeholders of purpose and goals of projects

· Provide technical and system guidance to line managers and operators

Management Responsibility

· Directs the work of country level professionals and manages process and programs affecting operators

· Coach and review the work of country level professionals and operators

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support services including: Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
• Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects and ability to work in a team
• Lead, manage/support and deliver the Data Center related initiatives with coordination with both external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design/define and develop the SOP for Data Center services and in-house machine rooms
• Asset and Inventory management within Data Center and in-house machine rooms
• Support Data Centre/Machine rooms related audit duties, record validation and housekeeping work
• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to upper tier
• Organize and co-ordinate Business Continuity Activities/Drill
• Maintain accurate records, document all problems, and prepare reports
• Maintain accurate IT Asset inventory/records and prepare reports
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min 10 years of experience in Data Center industry and operations
• Experience in DC Design Engineering, Project management and implementation
• Experience with professional consultant in planning and executing Engineering studies.
• Bachelor degree or in Mechanical / Electronic or Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience working with external vendors
• Customer focus with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good communication in English speaking and writing
