• Conduct day-to-day L2 support of banking application software. In case any errors are detected by the bank operations department (L1 support), you are required to find the recovery solution, working together with your colleagues, the outsourcing vendor, the bank IT department, and the counterparty of the head office, if necessary. Assist in preparation of payroll and related functions for the organization. Maintain and update pay history for Asia Pacific branches. Generate month end and ad-hoc reports.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

1. Create Payroll database for all staff locally.
2. Maintain and update pay history records for Asia-Pacific branches.
3. Calculate commissions, overtime payments and other allowances for the regions.
4. Prepare Legislative Reports inclusive of monthly statutory payment.
