JOB SUMMARY

Independently provide support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, organizational development, training, AA/EEO, and special projects. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications, and/or meetings. Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in all functional areas

· Employee relations – Responsible for communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Coaches/consults with managers and employees on issues including: performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. Coordinates all employee activities/programs. Interprets and complies with all state and federal laws.

· Compensation – Monitors and approves applicable salary increases; checks to see that they are within guidelines. Conducts preliminary job analysis and creates job descriptions of non-benchmark positions through a job evaluation process.

· Benefits – Communicates and interprets all benefit changes and policies. Educates associates about their benefits and coordinates open enrollment periods. Researches and resolves associate’s benefit problems and questions.

· Recruitment/Selection – Assists managers in conducting needs analysis. Tracks open positions. Sources candidate from both internal and external sources. Interviews and screens candidates for open positions. Expedites and coordinates internal transfers.

· HRIS Reporting – Compiles statistical reports for departments. Has working knowledge of many software packages.

· Project Management – Participates in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.

· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Handles full set of accountsfor one or more entities
• Ensure accuracy for data entry of all transactions into the MYOB/Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central (“BC”)
• Account Payables: Check and ensure the supporting documents are adequate and complete, monitor cashflow and prepare payment to vendors
• Prepare PVs and payment on banking platform, submit together with supporting documents for Accountant and Finance Manager’s review before route to Directors for their approvals
• Account Receivables: Check and ensure the supporting documents (PG/SR) are adequate and complete before issue invoices on time and mail to customer, and capture the sales transactions in the MYOB/ BC
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in auditing matters
• Perform month end and year end closing and prepare audit schedules for balance sheet accounts within the stipulated timeline for Accountant/FM to review
• Ensure all finance documents are properly filed and kept in the cabinet such as bank statement and contracts.
• Participate as a Team Player in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central implementation, guide part-timers for data entries, verify data key by part-timers, verify the final results in BC to MYOB and etc..
• Provide administrative supports, i.e. mailing documents and etc.
• To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Accountant/FM, i.e. generate and sorting listing from MYOB/BC, checking of historical data and etc.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Prefer well versed in MYOB/Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central,
• Good working attitude and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good organizational capabilities, meticulous and process strong analytical skills.
• A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end corporate channel including sales, availability, pricing, content listing, stovks, on-site visibility & traffic generation, order management &fulfilment, after-sales service etc.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing client relationships.
• Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Understand client or customer requirements to align our program to fit into their requirements leading to clients' higher participation and purchases.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of services for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and offerings.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs and expanding existing customer base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce enablement, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
